After what had already been a long and stressful day dealing with a damaged tyre, I experienced truly outstanding service from M-Sure that turned everything around. I had initially taken my vehicle to Tyger Wheel and Tyre at Springs Mall, only to later discover that my claim had not been logged with my insurer, M-Sure. Frustrated, I contacted M-Sure to follow up — and that’s when I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sipho Tivane. Sipho’s service was nothing short of exceptional. He handled my query with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, immediately taking ownership of the situation. He went the extra mile by connecting directly with Tyger Wheel and Tyre on my behalf and ensured that my issue was resolved promptly and seamlessly. It’s rare to come across such dedication and genuine customer care, especially over the phone. Sipho not only resolved my problem but also completely turned my day around with his positive attitude and willingness to help. We truly need more contact centre agents like Sipho. Best Hyundai branch in JHB, with an absolutely great service manager. I have been visiting this branch for all my car issues, my service, my inspections. I just want to say over and above the excellent service from the consultants. The service manager Fayaaz Yusuf always makes sure I leave their dealership with a smile on my face and my car in a good condition. I just want to thank him specifically, it is not easy being a woman with car issues sot everyone is always willing to assist like you do. Thank you so much we need more people like you at Hyundai !
I have just been to your branch at Springs Mall to exchange a clothing item for a different size. To my surprise they asked me for a card or ID of the account holder. Why must you make things so difficult the item is the same thing just a different size and I have the slip. This was a gift and the account holder is not even around Springs. This is why nobody wants to buy from your stores because a this is really frustrating for the customer. I had to go back with the item because now I am forced to keep a wrongs size. This is pathetic!!
I was just on the phone with your Retentions/ Upgrades department. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the consultant I was speaking 2. However after being on the call with her for almost 20 minutes, she finally took my order and advised someone else will call me to confirm my order. To my surprise, 2 seconds after the call I received an email with a renewal contract with the incorrect phone make. I tried to call the call center back with no luck. I now no longer want to go ahead with this contract they must cancel everything.
I Just spoke to a lady by the name of Ntokozo from The Cell C branch at Carnival Mall. I just want to say I cannot remember when last I got such excellent service from an agent or consultant over the phone. Excellent service, I will definitely be coming through to your store for my contracts. Keep up the good work !!!
It is so dissappointing to see that the whole country is complaining about how this business has ****** money from all these people. I myseld had a very close relationship with Shirley wife to the director of United African Stokvel, she is now no longer taking my calls, and every other person that works for her business. I also have an investment with them which is due to pay out now at the end of September, I am just wondering how the FSCA will be able to protect the consumer with this issue because some people have actually invested hundreds of thousands to this company. I honestly believe they should be jailed for running this ***** business, but before that can be done, I wish everyone could at least get back they initial investment . Is that even possible?

They allocate an imaginary Manager for you who will also text you everyday to make payment for auditions. Once you have made payment both the admin and manager disappear, suddenly there are no longer auditions, no updates, no communication from both the manager and admin. Is this how all agencies work??? Very suspicious to me</div>
I have a problem with the way my device was installed. I can see the wiring just underneath my steering wheel, if I look inside I can see all the wiring from the tracking device, there is also something that looks like a panic button that keeps falling out. Please arrange for your technicians to come and rectify this issue as soon as possible because any person that jumps into my car can see what I see.. I have tried to send emails, and contact your customer care line but no one has been able to assist. One of your agents dropped the call in my ear.
I have just been on a call with a very rude disrespectful call center agent by the name of Lungile Twala in the insurance clamis department, who dropped the call in my ear without resolving my query or assisting me. I later called again and spoke to a lady by the name of Curtleigh who was able to assist me within 5 minutes.
I would like to commend Mr Zulu Khan, a great Sales Exec, who respects his profession. This gentleman found me in a very dissatisfied position because of the service I had been receiving from your Northcliff branch. I am trying to buy a car but it seems almost impossible first they sold.my first choice and now they are beating around the bush with my second choice. How does it work. We need more people like Zulu Khan in your branches. The gentleman was able to educate me about all options that I have, he was able.to answer.my questions, just unfortunate that he does nor have the vehicle I am looking for in his branch.
