This has got to be the baddest, worst travel club ever.we have made a booking for Christmas but when we checked with the venue they do not have our booking. We tried to contact Asambe the whole day, & prior to that we've always communicated with them, checking on the progress of our booking but they never gave us any feedback.We are being blueticked on your WhatsApp number. This is really sad coz we had planned out our Christmas but Asambe has ruined it for us. I am beyond being disappointed, sad. Asambe did us bad for real.
So I went shopping with my 8year old daughter. we went to Ackermans. We were convinced that the Primio S51 cellphone was a good buy. Little did I know what I was getting myself into. The phone freezes all the time, the battery doesn't last for a mere 3hours,it heats up everytime my daughter uses it, to a point were I will remove its plastic pouch for some ventilation. Mind you, I bought this pho e on the 23rd November, therefore I only had like 7days to take it back to the shop and I could not as I was away that week. Now here I am sitting with a phone that's literally dysfunctional & I do not know what to do with it. I am utterly disappointed as it's my 1st time experiencing such. I haven't called the store as yet coz they may tell me about the 7days grace period but this is frustrating for my daughter & I. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this brand, ever. PRIMIO is such a fake!!!!! Mxm
Well I got there to the winter boots sale as their black Friday special, yhooo what was that really? You can do better than that.
I went to Pick N Pay waterfall mall in Rustenburg, and I was pretty much impressed with their specials. Well, it favored me as most of the items I wanted were available on their special,as compared to other people who had other things in mind that they wanted to buy but didn't find #BlackFriday
So I went to the Lewis Store at Sun Village on a Saturday morning. Their trading hours stipulated that they trade from 8am, but I got there at 8:20am. Their teller walked behind me into their store, as she was late for work but the Manager, Thapelo Dibetswe was seated by the cashiers desk, meaning he had been holding the fort in absentia of the cashier. As I walked to the desk he stood up and left, as the cashier walked towards the desk. I then had to wait for her to restart her computer, as she has just arrived for work. Mind you, I am there, waiting for service, but nah, I had to wait for her, and then after a while, while she was logging in she told me that am going to wait for even longer coz the account that I wanted to pay was not from their store, therefore the other store should export it or something along those lines. Like what kind of service is this? To make matters worse, the Cashier kept laughing when she was telling me all this, which made me more angry coz clearly she doesn't see that I can't be waiting for forever. Why didn't the manager assist me while the late comer restarted the system beats me, clearly they don't value their customers
Last month I went to Edgars Brooklyn to return a jersey I bought for my daughter,I was told they can't refund without proof of purchase,fair enough, but they can give me a gift card to the value of the jersey or exchange with something else.few seconds later I was told that I need proof,they can't assist me at all.I then told them that my daughter stays with my mom,in another city,therefore I won't be seeing her for sometime,and the slip is probably in the shopping bag,with other clothes.<br> I then enquired with someone also working at edgars coz I bought it with a cash card,I then went in to try exchange it again with a cash card, but being assisted by can impatient and unprofessional teller,she told me that I am waisting her time when I asked her to check on my card history.apparently I was stupid and wrong to not recall the date I bought the clothes on.she then went to call the manager,who didn't even show up,but conveyed a message that no proof,no refund/exchange.<br> The level of customer service is really disappointing, truth be told,I am shattered coz I work around the mall & this is 1 of the shops I usually buy clothes at,but I don't think I will ever set my foot there,ever.
I went to standard bank & printed my bank statement at the ATM. I then went into the bank & asked for a stamp.The lady at reception,Tsibisho, told me to wait in enquiries que,which was soon long.when I asked her if she can't help me coz its just a matter of a stamping,she gave me a \I don't care"look"
