A trust rating of 1.7 says it all. Nothing worse than Fastway. Totally indifferent to your dissatisfaction with their service. Parcel supposedly out for delivery but never arrives. Eventually marked as "unable to deliver" on the tracker but no one know why. No phones get answered, online complaints go unanswered. Eventually got a mobile phone number from another courier company but that persons sounds like he is high on something. Zero expectation of ever seeing my parcel.
A big shout to Shafiek at Voltex George. Always responds with accurate information and sources stock in record time. Never been let down. Pricing also very reasonable compared to the local competition. A breath of fresh air in these days of declining customer service
The absolutely worst company that I have ever had dealings with. Placed an online order but they don't even know that the order exists. Unable to contact them via email or WhatsApp. I have managed to get hold of them 3 times via telephone but again no answers just "we'll look into it and get back to you" but that also doesn't happen. So over R1000 out of pocket and no hope of seeing a delivery anytime this century.
False advertising on TV advert they make mention of "Free delivery" however lately I have been charged a R10 delivery fee. When querying this at the branch they said that the website programmer added that and not them. Don't have an answer but you have to pay it if you want delivery
Absolutely the most incompetent bunch on the planet. Note that I have been paying my MNet/DSTV/Multichoice account by debit order since they came into existence. Earlier this month I changed my single view CD decoder to a single view HD decoder. Nothing else was supposed to have changed but they managed to break my extra view. Took me nearly two weeks to get this fixed and now they have suspended my account for non payment even though my new premium is only due in the first week of November. So great I now sit without service until they find someone that is competent tenough to realise their mistake and fix the problem - needless to say this may take some time. I just wish that Multichoice could learn to spell customer - at the moment you are a subscriber and have no rights other then to pay them their exorbitant fees whether they deliver or not.
Got suckered by a claim to have studied at Pta University and having developed a unique product. Paint blistered and peeled off within a week. Supplier then blamed condition of marbelite and proceed to grind the pool to a crinkle cut finish with many patches. Paint self destructed even worse than the first time. Promised to return to redfo but supplier has now disappeared. So much for my 25 year guarantee. Been waiting over a month. Stay away from this smooth talker with nothing to offer but poor product, poor workmanship, zero supervision and no follow-up. Embarrassed by the look of the pool which is very prominent in my garden and the centre of my entertainment area.
