Please refund my pro rata premium since i cancelled my policy with immediate effect and stop coming with excuses. Please dont call me just refund. If i dont get my refund by 31 August 2025, My next step will be OSTI

Its very irritating that every time a person want update from Sanlam must come to hellopeter. When we call we hold for long until phone cut off, we send email still no response. How long does it a take for Tax directive???? Deceased mother has not received payment.
Do we have to always complain to get service from Sanlam??? Deceased,s mother is still waiting for payment.
Iyo we thought government service was bad, Sanlam takes the crown. A year has passed without my Aunt receiving payment for her deceased son. Even sanlam complain department it's worse they don't care. I feel sorry for beneficiaries.
SANLAM doesnt want to pay my grandmother her portion of pension fund after her son passed on. A full year and 2 months has passed and no payment. Now my grandmother they are chasing her from the house she was renting because her son was the one paying rent and she cant afford. She is a pensioner.
Last year in October 2020 municipality submitted a claim after my son passed on for pension fund. Today is 05 November 2021 and I have not received a cent. My son was paying rent for me now they are chasing me out becuase I can't afford to pay rent and Sanlam doesn't want to release the money so I can pay rent. I am pensioner. HOLLARD FUNERAL PAY OUR CLAIM, ALL DOCUMENTS WAS SUBMITTED MONDAY IN THE BRANCH.....
Monday we went to Hollard Insurance branch in Randfontein to submit funeral claim with all documents requested and we advised it take- 24-48 hours for money to be paid and today when we call call centre they say claim was only submitted yesterday and it will take 48 hours. Claim has not been approved. The funeral is tomorrow. Hollard doesnt care about their client because we are grieving as a family and now we have to also deal with Hollard incompetent.
<p>Can I can get assistance please. On the 25/08/2016 "Quality Manager" phoned to advise me Debtbusters will cancel their serives with and transfer it to Debt CPR (NCRDC35) which they never did that. This is the worst service ever.</p>
