All I can say is the consultant was The best👌 I called in to cancel my policy, and he took the time to understand my inquiry and advised me accordingly.
Dr Rashid Mohamed Cassim, Dr. Cassim R M in Mokopane (015 491 2309), Im not sure if this is the same doctor/Dentist... My Mother(75) who is a beneficiary on my medical aid uses this doctor's services, for the past 6+ if not more, 2 days ago she went for her normal yearly follow up, after the service, she was experiencing pain, which she thought was a normal after cleaning her teeth, however the pain intensified on the 2nd day, it got worse today the 3rd day, she went back to the doctor to check what could be the problem today at 07H30, to which she was told the doctor was not available, he has an appointment at 09h00 outside the doc's room and he will proceed to go to his spiritual gathering and he will only be back after 14h00. So, basically my 75 year old mother who is experiencing intense pain due to the procedure the doctor did is not a priority, this is not considered as an emergency, the same old woman who is a loyal client for couple of years. I am too far from her and I feel helpless, and can not be able to assist her. This don't need any star, just the system won't allow me to post without selecting a rating, you should look at adding "0" Star or something.

Netcash made an unauthorised debit order of R95. 00, in my ABSA account with reference Y2KCONNECT151186379 NETCASH. I'm going into ABSA Branch to lay a formal complaint against you as you violated the new rules by PASA. It has now resulted in an unpaid debit order which will mess up my credit score. You will be investigated and Pay penalties, you obviously do business with dodgy companies that steal people's banking details and wants to steal from them debiting someone's account without approval or being your client is stealing. I have never made a mandate or entered into any contractual agreement with you or any of the dodgy company you work with or for. I really hope they Discontinue your business and that of you associates because you are clearly in business of *** people's livelihoods with little amount and hoping they don't notice and take any action. I'm going to my bank to do my part and you must reverse that order and pay all other fees that it has attracted

After my 24 months cellphone contract came to an end, I decided to not renew or upgrade it, that is when my nightmare started, spoke to tons of vodacom cancellation consultants who never canceled the contract instead when I received invoices and contacted vodacom, I was informed that the previous consultant did not properly cancel and they will do it, and 3 months later, I'm still paying for a contract I didn't extend or upgrade, tried Twitter and that also didn't assist. I fact, they then canceled the main contract number and used their complementary number that was never on contract and either extended the contract without my approval infact despite tons of call trying to plead with them to cancel.
I have experienced two Unauthorized debit order from Digicash from In July the 24 07 2015 they debited R99 and August on the 24 08 2015 for R99 and that query has been resolved after a long hustle with both companies.

Now there is another debit from Sage today I was again debited without my permission by Sage for R289.00. I have no knowledge and did not enter into any agreement telephonically or written with any of these companies. My personal details were never made available to any of them either. How did they get my personal information? Ref High Rewar/21935059 SAGE.

I am starting to be aggravated with ABSA for letting anyone in my account or making the debiting so easy that everyone can tap into our savings/money without any restrictions from our bank which we trust to protect our hard earned savings.
