CHERRY ,Durban has the worse people skills,the old man which is suppose to be the dealer principle has no customer skills and didnt even hear my concern when i raised it.Unfortunely for them suggestions are not a concern to them.
I think it was two week ago i wrote a disppointing message about Vodacom and gave them the whole history The very next day i received a call promising me the unit which i requested in February within 14 days as per stipulation which was actually the very next day would be collected and no other option could be provided even though i gave them the option which they refused Two days latger another lady called and still same story Today they call and say they cant help me and trying to make me pay for something which from day one i refused hence requesting the pick up which today has never happen I requested the manager as it shows they have not investigated the issue and checked the amount of calls requesting pick up and promises the unit will be picked up.
I have been trying to resolve an issue from February with Vodacom I received a package which i did not agree on and tried to return it . They have records of the request however they have failed to pick up the parcel to date 25-07-2024 I have been paying for something which i dont want and every time i call in they promise for the parcel to be picked up Today i called in again and they say its with the investigate dept and i am given a number which does not go through How long is this gonna go on and my money been taken. I requested that i take it to a Voda com shop and they can pick it up there however i haver been denied that option so now what does one do cause i feel like am been held hostage t be keep on paying for something which was not agreed on.

22/03/2024 night cleaning staff loud and unrudley, 23/03/2024 Ward Fin floor 4 bed 6c patient, which is myself There are not enough staff to rake care of patients You can ring the bell the sisters get the normal nurses to switch off the bell, and sisters only come after 30 minutes. Complained about night staff cleaning, nothing was recorded, or It wasn't quested what the issue is Am supposed to be on a drip all the time, but when I move to the bathroom, for example, or they don't come back to re connect even when you ring the bell.

Its the second time I tried this gym 1st time the price which we.signed for changed I canceled and told them they were ********* This time I told them there are times I will have my kid which is 9 years with me and I need him to be by me as there is no place to safely leave him in the gym He.always stands next to me and knows what to do and not to do. The sales person told me I would not have any issues and it was my responsibility to ensure he dont get hurt. So I signed the contract again After seeing other kids in the weights area I didn't ever think it would be an issue Until I was approached by the manager Dylan I told him I am not happy as.what I signed up for and what they are now saying is two different things. The manager Dylan disregarded the fact that I had my child and continued to prove his point of safety which told him I understood however his option were just as unsafe if not worse He.called his sales person who denied the fact that I asked him if my kid can be next to me when I wasn't in cardio section To.make matters worse the sales person was sick and coughed directly into my direction.I asked them that you deal with 100s of people and they allow sick staff to be working and interacting with people. People go to gym to get fit not sick
We discussed my premiums and she started that miway did not want to lose a valued customer,she assisted me in saving 400 rand on my monthy debits. Her tone was excellent and her service was customer based.
