I made a horrible mistake booking flights to London a month earlier than they were supposed to be. The next morning I phoned the call center, and was quickly answered and told I would receive a cancellation quote. I received this quote within a few hours and then had most of the cancellation fee waived, which I greatly appreciate, since I hadn't selected the option to cancel my flight without penalty when purchasing the tickets. To be clear, I requested the cancellation the very next day, so I probably was within a grace period. Nonetheless Travelstart followed up promptly and resolved my query, so I'm happy.
4.5 stars. Thank you! The good: Product was delivered as ordered, in a very nicely packaged little gift box with a handwritten, personalized thank you card and a small free gift. Very nice touch these days. Minus half a star: Dispatch took 4 days and since I've been spoiled by Takealot I hoped for quicker delivery. Would have appreciated an email update mid-way saying that the order was still in progress or being packaged or something, just so I know it wasn't missed or ignored. They did email me when it was dispatched, with a tracking number and again when it was delivered.
Purchased a few times from them. Good prices, effective product, quick delivery every time. Their minoxidil has definitely helped my hair noticeably. They often have good specials too.
Great service and well priced product. Ordered Friday and received Tuesday. Specifically the delivery feedback was the best I've ever received. Every step of the courier process - "awaiting collection" -> "collected" -> "received at depot" -> "out for delivery" was emailed to me as it happened so I was kept in the loop. Afterwards I received a mail directly checking if I received my package in good order, a nice personal touch considering they're an online shop.
For the past few months our LTE service has been very erratic and unreliable. In the past 2 weeks it has been almost unusable with either no connection or incredibly slow connections and then more disconnections. I've tried contacting customer care but after waiting for 20 minutes for a consultant I gave up.

<p>Vodacom offered me 6 months of 20GB data as part of a Cyber-Monday ONLINE upgrade special.</p> <p>Firstly they charged me R150 for the upgrade which should have been free since it was online. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then they haven't given me the 20GB data - they only gave me 10GB. Furthermore it is only scheduled to repeat until March (3 months) according to my myvodacom online account.</p> <p> </p> <p>They tried to "fix" this by bolting on an additional 20GB package at MY COST OF R999! </p> <p> </p> <p>I've had a Service Request open since the 13th Jan (the previous one was closed for some reason)</p> <p>1- ********** 866284</p> <p> </p>
<p>Since my upgrade went into effect January 1st, my included data bundle has not been correct. In several attempts to correct this via various Vodacom call centres, all I've managed to get is an extra R1000 worth of data added on, at my expense. <br />There was also an upgrade fee which should never have occurred. I logged a query/support call/ticket/SR whatever they call it and haven't had a single bit of feedback.</p>
<p>Can't get hold of customer care to sort out my issue. When I eventually do, they refer me to a different department, who in turn refer me back to the first department. Calling that department leads to several dropped calls or disconnections. </p>
Elzette was very friendly and helpful with my vehicle insurance request, and listened to my requirements. When I was unable to afford the initial premium she assisted with alternatives without pushing for the higher premium - just listening to my requirements.<br> <br> Thanks.
