you see if you are looking for best cellular network go for vodacom best service they not just expensive but best quality service cheap things like mtn will dissapoint you ,best cellular network if you dont want to cry but if you want to cry go to mtn they care about money not about the people who bring money
I am writing this review with a heart broken I've been with mtn and a loyal customer to mtn for more than 20 years, it is off sad news for me to leave the business with them due to poor service failing to priorities me as the valued customer, I bought work from home data to use it on my emails, team, zoom on the 29 February 2024 for R250 10GB ever since I bought it has never worked tried calling mtn call center spoke to agents they did troubleshooting however it did not help on the 1 march I spoke to kabelo lepadi and explained the problem with the data she told me I need to also buy another normal data inoder for the work from home data to work all this previous agents never said that to me how unprofessional and rediculious all the agent sounding different it like they also don't know their data product, how rediculious I was told I need to spend another R250 to buy another 10GB for the first data I bought to start working at this time of our bad economy where there's loadshedding, inflation no jobs and spend another R500 on top on something that never worked I am really really disappointed at mtn, I asked the agent to escalate the matter to a team leader the reply from agent is that team leader cannot help, I begged the agent to allow me show her proof that I did not buy this data by mistake I needed to use it for work related I sent her the email to kabelo. Lepadi@ibridge.co.za no reply back of acknowledgement that they are looking at the problem or so forth it is really sad cause if it wasn't for me as a customer there wouldn't be salaries but I'm treated like I'm nothing for 20 years with mtn
Good day reason my rate is 5 is because I don't have a problem with Vodacom however I have a problem with an agent by the name liyabona, I don't know whether she value her job or she just don't care, her customer service is so poor I believe sometimes when you don't know something or how to troubleshot best to ask a customer for a callback and go further ask how to assist the customer my query was very simple even though I might have failed authentication questions but she decided not to help, please further look at her customer skills and offer training, but im glad at my 2nd call agent by the name paseka his customer service is excellent he deceive some sort of promotion to train others hence I say I have no reason to rate Vodacom low cause of 1 rude agen.
Ezaga is not helping us as student it is failing us when you the call center you wait so long to be dropped agent never Pick up our calls and what's bad it's charging it's not a free call, ezaga app always having technical issues while we have IT graduate who should be hired and fixing the problem, people are looking for call center jobs why ezaga not hiring people how many student are suffering 3 weeks trying to call to be hanged up the what's app self service number not helping at all ezaga must improve or change us it is failing us as student I am not happy at all, I'm not alone complaining I even posted on Facebook students followed by same problem
On the 13 June 2023 I was at Zola gateway clinic for family planing I arrived there around past 13h00 we waited almost 2 hours for the nurse to attend to us and others sided to leave, then I decided to go to the clinic manager to help us get a nurse to assist cause its been to long waiting, indeed the manager did a good job then the nurse in charge for family planning was called to attend to us, first nurse who was doing blood test apologized for long wait and nurse seipati confronted me on the eyes that I'm too forward why did I go and complain then I asked was I wrong to stand for my rights she answered by saying what do you know about rights go again and report I don't care, she was very rude then her colleague who was testing me same room calmed me down as she saw that nurse seipati is not willing to surrender and apologies for her bad manner and how she's not scared of the clinic manager I can go back and report, are we suppose to fear to exercise our rights at the clinics, she cannot work well with people that was very bold of her to argue with me in front of her colleague not even apologizing
My point here is I am happy with Vodacom best cellular network however I was badly treated by the agent by the name tebogo business department and David team leader business department all this happened on the 16th april 2023 when I needed help with data advance I made and never connected when I phone I was told lies that the data was used how possible within a minute 125mb deplete agent and the team leader fail to check the problem and escalate the matter to technical department to prevent high rate of complains from customers however I was told I'm rude and my line was disconnected I'm a traditional healer my clients call me using that Vodacom numbers I bought WhatsApp ticket to communicate with my clients however the team leader disconnected my line I'm losing money cause of that they were very personal, I don't really recommend them to be the gate keepers of Vodacom Vodacom will lose business cause of them I am happy with Vodacom I still want to keep my number and use it but I can't it's closed cause of excersing my customers rights I am so disappointed at the team leader really that was very *********** of David he really needs training in understanding the meaning of a customers and their rights how to also handle an angry customer proper training must be implemented they both made the company look *********** as if they hired people with no qualifications
Ever since the complain of discrimination they haven't came back to me,so I guess to them it's nothing being called mthakathi it's a sick joke whereas it has affected me psychologically, emotionally and physically,i have lost self esteem,I'm afraid of who I am as a sangoma because I was once judged by that,can't apply for other jobs, the damage they caused me is painful very depressing.
I was so offended by a white man who was doing a polygraph test on me when he called me mthakathi so many times after seeing my beads and goat skin on my hand,I was so angry tried correcting him I'm not mthakathi I'm a traditional healer but kept calling me mthakathi, already when I left there I knew I didn't get the job,I believe I didn't fail polygraph test cause I have never commited crime,I never steal for a company,I never commited cause if the machine said I did then it's lying I'm innocent,so it is clear I didn't get the job cause I was called mthakathi, people are killed by being called that I'm thinking of taking this further,the lady I was with for interview was called start working today.
I was calling the switch board phone answered by faith I was asking for recruitment email ,she was so rude when I was asking her to spell the email,she said my lady don't you know to spell the word quality, I said its an incorrect email please spell it the way you write it, she called it fast I couldn't hear non, I then asked her to transfer me to her manager she directed my call to her desire extension number I spoke with a guy and I asked for the managers name said its Lindy stradom ,I called again to b tranfered to manager she hanged up when I try calling again it's like she can see my number she doesn't answer my number, she even gave me wrong name shamain, correct name I got it from the agency guy, why people who have job don't respect their job especially when working with people who can help I wasted my airtime there's no recruitment email to send my email I'm looking for a job
