Zanele gave me the best service from the time I was undecided until the day of collection. Her communication skills and taking me through all The steps . We talked as if we knew each other before we even met. I collected my Car on Friday the 25th and trust that my journey with Ez wheels will be memorable.
I was nearly involved in an accident with my baby because of a Bidvest Steiner driver at El Corro by Meat World. I couldn't get the registration but it started with KK 71 didnt get the last 2 digits then GP. I do not believe that we still have people who are so inconsiderate of people's lives using employer's cars. I have lost respect for this company because people tend to do things that they can get away with .
I would like to say to Hellopeter that they must keep up the good work. I have resolved 99% of my matters using this platform eversince I joined. I use this platform as well to find information regarding any business as I know I will get the positives and the negatives. Thank you very much guys
I took a comprehensive cover with Nedbank for my vehicle. I received my insurance documents and today I had an unfortunate issue where my car stopped while driving. I phoned the towing number that they provided and my car was towed to the nearest dealer. I have been calling claims for more than 2 hours now and been sent from pillar to post. I have ran out of airtime and no call back nor courtesy call from them. The last person I spoke to is Palesa. I am highly disappointed and would like to also report this pathetic service to Ombudsman.
My family and I always go to the Spur at Cresta mall. Mandla and the team are always on top of their game. Can Spur emphasize that the waitrons remind us of our vouchers? Mine sometimes expire because no one reminds me. Either than that my partner loves their eisbein without basting a lot. It's the best we have ever had. I always do my apache combo or Mohawk. My kids always choose pizza.
I received a call on the 2nd of August from DSTV insurance and they told me about some viewing insurance or something that will cost me R6 over and above my subscription fee. I agreed to take it because it sounded interesting and also not expensive. I paid R 450 on the 1st of September which is my subcription and my account was suspended. I was told I owe a further R 340 or something for 3 insurance policies I have DSTV. I was shocked and tried to call DSTV insurance a lot of times with no success. I sent an email and it was acknowledged however to date no update from DSTV. I was forced to pay this money as my viewing was disturbed and requested that they cancel these policies I want none of them. I still have not received anything and I know that they will do the same thing this month end. DSTV is abusing its monopoly power.
I took a medical aid with fedhealth via wellworx and I was assisted by a guy called Keanu Marks who is now no longer an employee at Wellworx. fastfoward He helped me choose a plan in which I indicated that I want a plan with savings ready as my employer will be paying for this medical aid. He sent me all the info and in my understanding that I should have pro rata savings of R 1.3. Ok I paid the medical aid twice already with no hustle and I had to get a cough mixture in which they paid for it. I think it was about R58 then afterwards I went again for ****ol and the medical aid paid only R20 reason being I am on self payment period. I phoned Fedhealth and I was told that I dont have funds in my savings. I enquired how and they told me the funds will only be loaded next year. I told them that is not what I was told. I told them rather I cancel the medical aid because I cannot pay such a lot of money only for me to not have any benefit. I received an email this morning that just said its cancelled but I am liable for another month to pay them. What the hell is that? to pay for what exaclty? Stay away from Fedhealth
I bought Pampers nappies at Dischem a week back however I have noticed the nappies seem to be defect. I have thrown the receipt away already and I reached out to Dischem to find out if I can return the pack to the store and they told me to contact Pampers. How is that possible? Did I buy the stuff from Pampers directly or from Dischem? To date there is no response to that.
Worst service I have ever received was from Regent. When it comes to money yes they make it a point they suck out as much as they can from you but service is close to non existent. I registered with them from January this year and from the onboarding process it was frustrating. *********** staff members, not reachable and they will only respond to you when they want money. I received a call telling me I owe them R 2250.00 and I referred them to the phone call I had with the guy who was assisting and he confirmed there is no charge for the assignment submissions. I have been threatened with not receiving my results and being blacklisted. The best thing to do is to deal with them legally like I have opted to do now. We cannot be subjected to such bullying paying so much money and also incompetence. I am sure Minister Blade Nzimande's office will also deal with this matter.
I resigned from my job at the beginning of October. My withdrawal forms were completed and submitted on the 16th of October to Natalie Padayachee and Mona Naidu who forwarded it to claims on the 17th of October. To date I have not received any feedback from Alexander Forbes. I phoned the call centre and spoke to Nothemba who informed me that claims received my documents only on the 9th of November which is not true and Natalie confirmed it. She rerouted my query to Sadia Dawood who has not bothered responding to any of the emails to date. I am highly disappointed in this service and expect a swift action from Alexander Forbes
