Bad service
I bought incorrect items online @mackro carnival I logged a return, I am still waiting for a reply or service from them,.their service is really pathetic! No one has followed up or picked up item since the 25 June Do yourselves a favour and don't purchase incorrect items because you will not get any help from this store!

**** alert for extra fees
I went through my statement and I saw there is every 2nd week a fee going off my account from Blue Label mobile content , I never subscribed to them and it's alot of money! They *****ing money and I must just pay hidden content I want my money back from Blu lable mobile content!!!!!! I called in January , to cancell but to my surprise it's being debited again !!!

Im Having a huge problem with MTN and ONE2ONE as i need my number to be prepaid (cancelling from ONE2ONE Contract) 1 Whole month and they keep saying MTN is having problems doing the cancellation, no comunication from MTN at all and i urgently need my number to be prepaid. how much longer must i wait>???????

I AM SO ANGRY WITH MR P MOBILE IS THE WORST CELLULAR CONTRACT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! I WAS CALLED WITH THE GREAT NEWS OF A R99 CONTRACT FOR A TABLET AND 300MB INCL EVERY MONTH FOR THE' WOUNDERFUL PRICE' OF R99 , FIRST THEY BILLED ME R180 AND WHEN I ENQUIRED THIS , WAS TOLD ITS PRO DATA RATES AND WAS ASSURED THIS MONTH IL BE BILLED R99. I EVEN MADE SURE THERE IS A SOFT LOCK ON THE DEVICE AND CALLED THEM TWICE!!! GUESS WHAT I GOT A SMS LAST NIGHT TELLING ME I AM GOIN TO BE BILLED R569 !!!! WHEN I CALLED THEM NOW THEY HAVE EXCUSED TELLING ME I WAS ON INTERNET FOR 2 HOURS AND THE LINE DIDNT CUT OFF SO NOW I AM BILLED!!! I WAS MISLED INTO THIS CONTRACT AS I WAS TOLD IT A TOP UP CONTRACT THAT CANNOT GO OVER!!! I WANT THE RECORDINGS FOR ALL OF THIS AS I AM GOIN TO GO SEEK LEGAL ADVISE!!! I WILL NOT PAY YOU 600 WHEN I KNOW I HAVE NOT BEEN USING THE DUMB TABLET FOR ANY DOWNLOADS OR ANYTHING OF SORT!!!! I WANT THE PROOF OF THIS!!!<br> I SHOULD OF NEVER FELL FOR THIS SCAM!! I WANT RECORDINGS OF MY AGREEMENT AS I WAS TOLD ITS A TOP UP!
