Excellent assistance from Jackie Buni to insure my fur babies!
I ordered a Rain wifi package for my home telephonically. The Rain consultant assured me I that Rain does have coverage in my residential area. The Rain sim card arrived and did not work after being activated on Rain's system. After many phone calls to their support they could not find a solution as to why it would not work and the refused to send a technician to assist. I requested a refund and processed a cancellation as the sim card never worked and I was not able to use the service at all. The Rain consultant confirmed my refund was being processed and should take a few days, I followed up a few days later and was told the same. When I checked today I see they never refunded me and instead they deducted another month's fee. So I paid for 2 months' service and received no service!
I had a 2-year contract with Vodacom which ended in February 2021. They continued to deduct a premium after the contract endedat even though the service was no longer being used until I called their call centre in September 2021 and insisted they cancel the service and stop billing me. But they still continue to bill me and run debit orders for the past three months and invoice me for October, November and December. When I email them I receive no response, only an automated e-mail that is not being attended to, I have to spend hours phoning their call centre to ask them repeatedly to cancell the contract and stop harassing me for a service I cancelled months ago. Pathetic service, very inconvenient, would not recommend their service at all!!
On 26 May I purchased goods online from Mr Price Home via their mobile app. My bank account was debited and the order showed in the app under "My orders" with a status of "Pending Review". My order was never reviewed, it was not fulfilled and it was not refunded. I have e-mailed Mr Price Home requesting updates on my order, no response from Mr Price Home. I have called the call centre for Mr Price Home, explained the situation to the operator, he sent me an e-mail requesting information, I replied to his e-mail attaching confirmation of my order and proof of payment. I have e-mailed him many times to follow up, no response from Mr Price Home. I have tried the whatsapp nr for Mr Price Home, received no response from Mr Price Home. I have called the call centre for Mr Price Home again and this time the ringing tone is that of a disconnected number, I cannot even reach the call centre operator now to follow up. I am at a loss of what to do now as I have lost almost R3k because of the incompetence and ignorance of Mr Price Home. The only option left is to take them to the small claims court to sue Mr Price Home. I would not recommend shopping online with Mr Price Home as their application is not suitable for order processing and you could end up like me, having your money taken and no goods delivered. I also would not recommend Mr Price Home as their resolving of the matter was handled so poorly, I expect more from a big retailer.
I placed an order for flowers on 15 September 2019 for our wedding on 21 March 2020. I paid in full for the order on the same day. Due to unforseen circumstances we have had to cancel our wedding and I asked for a refund of our money on 16 October 2019, one month after placing the order and 5 months before our wedding and taking delivery of the flowers. I was informed MOZZAFIATO FLOWERS IN CAPE TOWN would charge me a 30% cancellation fee, with a break-down of a cancellation policy I have never seen on their webpage or in any of the e-mails they sent me regarding my order. I off course objected to this 30% cancellation fee as it is impossible that MOZZAFIATO FLOWERS IN CAPE TOWN could have incurred any loss or damage due to our order being cancelled 5 months before our wedding. I then received from MOZZAFIATO FLOWERS IN CAPE TOWN stating they will not be refunding me any of my money in cash, they will give me a credit to use in future, I do not require a R4 000 credit with MOZZAFIATO FLOWERS IN CAPE TOWN to use in future as we are immigrating. It is extremely disappointing the MOZZAFIATO FLOWERS IN CAPE TOWN will take advantage of a deeply saddening situation of a wedding being cancelled to prey on their clients to make money for not delivering a product or a services. Do not use MOZZAFIATO FLOWERS IN CAPE TOWN for any services, they are not transparent with their customers regarding their policies and will take any opportunity to steal your money and exploit you.
Opened a Sales Order for Vodacom Fibre, this part of the process Vodacom does well to get your bank details for a debit order and signing you into a contract. Router installation was scheduled for Wednesday, 17 July 2019. The technicians came to our house, plugged in the router and battled to install it. They eventually gave up and left. The technicians came back to our house the following day, battled, gave up and left again. We haven’t seen them since, we have called the Fibre support, opened a Service Request and phone constantly to find out what is being done to finish the installation. The call centre only sends an e-mail every time we phone to their back office and says they are escalating it. The one commitment was a manager named Fazel would call me which never happened. Then they said the case was sent to the project manager. I phoned the technicians that were at our house directly and they keep saying Vodacom has not let them know of any problem and they have to wait for Vodacom to advise them to come out again. Vodacom staff are liars who have lied to me all the way with empty promises and no service delivery. After realising they are not going to actually do their job and finish the router installation I asked to cancel and the call centre agent has the audacity to tell me it will cost me R1 800. I must pay R1 800 for Vodacom to plug a router into my house that does not work and served no purpose whatsoever? Vodacom are thieves. I would advise anyone interested in Fibre to stay as far away from Vodacom as possible, there are many services providers in fibre, do not waste your time, money or energy on substandard service providers like Vodacom.
Phoned three times asking for assistance with online shopping, transferred twice and cut off and the third call cut off on purpose. Rude incompetent and ignorant. No attempt to even try to assist me, absolutely useless and don't care attitude. I have been a loyal customer for 15years, I will not be shopping with them anymore, obviously they don't need the business.
