Vodacom fiber and their useless consultant didn't cancel the service
CustomerCare@vodacom.co.za talktous@vodacom.co.za These are the 2 email addresses that I Used. I called in to tell them that once my R249 of 12 month is finished I will not be entering into another 12 months contract due to the R549 and the colored guy said ill call you back let me see what I can do . Then he never called back now 3 months later im getting emails saying that I owe Vodacom how we I called in to cancel and their consultant didn't cancel the service. They messed up my credit score after been clean for 6 years. I hate Vodacom I should have never used their fiber service

Bad
They paid the doctors scans late and the doctors reception would give us trouble going into the doctors room at Flora hospital, now after doing c-section they say descharge date is 14 so does this mean in gonna pay for the other days I spend here

Never coming back to this doctor
We came to have a c-section by Dr Molamu They didn't book my wife for the 13th to have operation. I had to do it personally at reception, all the documents and forms where completed with them but to why they didn't bring them down. They didn't even call gems to get authorization. It's supposed to be a beautiful day but they ruined the experience for me n my wife

Worst internet service provider
When you cancel they will call and when you pick up they hang up send you sms saying they can't cancel if they didn't reach you. You call them they put you on hold till you finish your airtime. Useless customer service ever

Bad Internet Provider
Worst internet service provider, if your working from home don't take accelerit when you call their agent drop calls. It's always the same story no internet every couple of weeks

Our internet had been down for 3 days sent emails called and all they say is they will call Vodacom and get back to us but nothing. Unreliable useless service

Very poor when you call their call center they drop the line on you. All those agents must be fired and people who want to work can have their jobs

Raf claims department
Since I claimed 2015 directly with Raf offices their service is poor. They take you from piller to post. People who have claimed with lawyers are better. Ive spoken to Rilwele Tshisevhe, Pranitha Ramdial, Nomadlozi Sihlali, Lydia Mulaudzi, Manelisi Raymond Nkubu, Manopi Mathopa and Maria Masegela Complaints/2/3/2020/10703 Link 4063825

Poor service and delivery on their promise
If u want to have a headache get sahomeloan yeses, new bond plugs not working m you fight to get plugs working after 4weeks they come and fix but they took out wires of stove now you can't cook. They will come back next day: FW: Policy wording : [CL4359242] URGENT
