I told them to cancel my insurance they ignored my request and listed me on experian as a non paying customer and now that I'm querying this listing their retention department wants to retain me just imagine, why would I want anything to do with such an ********* company and they are ignoring my request to remove themselves from my profile on experian so their listing was actually to get attention from me and ********.i have lost job opportunities because of this

Rude Cashier Princess at KFC MEYERTON MEYER ROAD who's working at the payment window in the drive thru was so rude to me, she yelled at me, refused to explain what she was promoting and ignored me and attended another customer while I was waiting with an incomplete order
am lodging this complain due to the attitude I received from the staff at meyerton branch, the teller just looked at me and ignored me when i asked which que to que on for the collection of my sons card after waiting forever without even knowing whether i will be helped or not anothee lady came and told me they need a hard copy of the birth certificate and i told her i have a soft copy she refused and said i must drive all the way back home for a copy, i did that because i didn't want to argue and expose my kids to me being abused verbally when I came back she was not at her desk and she answers me through some other lady that they will call me when fica is done, this was on Saturday the 17th May 2025 today us the 22nd, I have heard nothing from this branch so they **** to me just to frustrate me. I would like to log a serious complaint because me going to nedbank shouldn't result in me being disrespected infront of my 2 kids they are not involved in any of the things.
I booked my car in after this company was referred to by BMW VEREENIGING, they took a month only to bring my car damaged, they broke my water pump, all of a sudden my car couldn't start, the turbo that they were supposed to fix came back with a loud vacuum noise all of a sudden my car was smoking, always needed oil and coolent until it eventually stopped, it is now parked after I paid them R25 000 when i questioned the owner he swore at me saying to me "who the f do I think I am" even when I picked my car up, my car was filthy and I had to constantly beg for an invoice,
I went to pep home in meyerton this morning and I was given such rude service from the one cashier, I was there to pay my account, purchase items under my account and pay for my phone yam account, that rude girl said to my card us faulty I can't pay for my account, she refused to help me pay for my phone yami and told me yelling that she will not serve me, the other lady then asked me to come to her till and my card miraculously worked so I could pay my account and all of a sudden phone yam was not offline, I don't know why that cashier didn't want to serve me, I will go back to the store tomorrow to get her name and surname because I felt harassed for asking for service
ir@bmwgroup.com Disheartening abuse of female clients who know nothing about cars,so I booked my car in due to drive train error,car cutting while driving and it getting stuck at half tank,I booked the car in I was informed I need to replace spark plugs,ignition coil and injectors, paid 50% deposit, cat got fixed and I fetched the car, upon my arrival I was informed that the car is okay and I must just fixed or replace the turbo at National Turbo Clinic, I took the car there on the same day, got the car back and the car is completely damaged, I get stuck on the side of the road, traveling with under 2s, there's a vacuum sound coming from the engine, when I complained to BMW Vereeniging, they told me that they are not liable, when I ask for a diagnosis report after my car was fixed, I am ignored, they are lying and saying that they told me about the about the turbo before they started working on the car, which is not true,they referred me to a vendor that threatened my life,swore at me,told me " I don't know who I'm dealing with",in my opinion they ***** from customers,they omit information on purpose so they refer you to their friends who then damage your car so you can go back to them, I spent R45 000.00 and in return they gave me back a car that is in a worse condition, I am writing this to warn specifically females cause I don't think they would have done this to a male,I don't think a male would have been sworn and threatened the way I was.i am hoping this finds those females who are preyed on by such poor work ethic,I know nothing will happen cause I am being ignored by BMW VEREENIGING AND NATIONAL TURBO CLINIC after they took my last R45000.00, but it's fine, I'm just hoping this brings enough awareness specific for females who cannot go against such characters and have their lives threatened,I have been serviced by Clearwater, Sandton and midland,never have I ever been treated so awful, never have I taken my car in and it comes back damaged, never have I been sent rude emails stating "what does that customer want,she could afford" ,they made that decision for me and referred me to a ***ist, dehumanizing company that kept my car for an entire month and a half, I am completely defeated but now I know that these delearships don't have a uniform approach to customer service, work ethic and pure human respect.
I bought a 13kg Automatic Washing Machine from OK Furniture's, the machine made a banging noise when rinsing, i logged a complaint, the machine was replaced. I got a new unit on the 4th July, a technician was sent and the machine was tested with no laundry in it, he then advised that i must not overload the machine. this machine literally load 7 clothing items, if more then it doesn't complete the washing process, just imagine a so called 13kg machine, i have since logged another complaint to hisense and now i am being ignored on the capacity of this machine, the quality of their products are very low, i want a full refund and they must come and fetch this product of theirs and they must review the quality of their products is so low. i want nothing to do with them at all, to think i wanted to buy a double door fridge, there is no way i would do that.

I have been requesting to change banking details since end of November 2020. Till today nothing has been done, I have no response from anyone, I filled in forms but have had 0 response from anyone! They have been debiting the wrong account which has now landed me in banking charges of R1000 and now I cant close that account until these fees are paid off...I don't have funeral cover anymore or I'm not even sure what on earth is happening as I have received no feedback
