I will give them 3 stars based on the fact that they received my parcel on Sunday and Monday morning sent a sms to say my parcel is out for delivery. I waited all of Monday and they only delivered on Tuesday afternoon. No explanation no updates just pathetic service.
After reading horror reviews on RAM I was so worried especially since I received no communication from them after placing my order. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call early this morning from their driver to ask if I am available for delivery! I received my packages in good order. Happy Customer 👏🏾
I wonder why businesses use this delivery company, the worst experience I have ever had and my parcel is still not delivered!On their portal it showed my parcel was out for delivery on Saturday 21 December and only today today on 23 December it shows that the parcel was delivered but I have not received any call or delivery.Their portal says it was received by a 3rd party and they’ve generated a POD!I have paid for my discs which are expired and paid a delivery fee now I have to run up and down to get hold of them and RTMC.I should’ve just gone to the post office!
*****ulent debit orders by this bogus company! I don’t understand how Standard Bank allows this to happen when there are so many checks they go through to verify debit orders!
I received an sms notification on a random Friday morning to say my credit application for a Beares account had been approved, but the thing is I never app**** for Beares account. I proceeded to call the Beares call centre to indicate that it was *****ulent activity using my name and details. No assistance!I have asked the credit bureau to flag this application as ***** on my name and so far no response.These credit providers are ******!!!
I have ordered from Zando twice in the last month from their pre Black Friday sales!I was a little skeptical about the prices since they were so reasonable considering the original prices of these branded items!I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and the delivery time!From date of order to delivery it took 3 days not too shabby!
I was very happy with the service I got from Lechaan (Service Manager) who was assigned my repairs.The epitome of professional and friendly service.She kept me up to date every few days and really went the extra mile to organise alternative transport for me when my car had gone for repairs.Thank you for making a terrible experience easier for me Lechaan.Keep up the good work!
Excellent service received from Mr Len Roodt this morning at the Accident Assesment ccentre in Boksburg.He saved me a lot of money by offering assistance and going beyond and above the call of duty.This kind of service is something I will tell my friends and family about.Thank you Len, :)
