I've been calling rain, I called them 3 times yet my query is not resolved. I paid at pick n pay for the month of April because my bank card was stopped I paid the account short with R9, so they recorded it as I haven't paid them at all, I spend hours at a time on the phone you promise to call me back and never do. I have a promise to pay now on your rain go app which I'm now in a deficit. But I don't owe any money all I owe you is R9, I keep asking to speak to a south african consultant but all my efforts are in vain. The international consultants say they understand they see the payment and promise to get someone from the billing department to call me back and no one ever does. I've been on rain maybe 4 years now and it's really been convenient but now I don't think it's worth it anymore, customer service is everything to me. But this treatment is pathetic. Imagine having to pay double but I don't owe and not being called back to be assisted I have to beg to be assisted. Even my husbands rain account is in arrears but we called to cancel they still continued to charge for 3 months which doesn't make any sense because u have to pay in advance to use rain services and they switch the wifi off if you don't pay so nowadays yall seem to be like vox just ripping the people off for personal gain.
I messaged earlier on in the week from my work laptop to ask if they could assist me like they assisted me last month for a debit order to go off my new bank account details because I didn't have a cell phone. I responded to the email of the agent I spoke to last time who I confirmed with that I don't have a cellphone or any other means of doing the payment because my job blocked us from browsing the internet on our laptops so I can't access the payflex site via that method. So the guy I was dealing with responds and says I can do the payment on all other platforms. Now I see that instead of the installment I should have been paying monthly it has increased drastically I don't even know if the other debit orders went off last month. I am not paying any charges incurred for this month or last month because of your employees incapability to resolve and read queries sent to yourselves. Take off all the charges then I will pay the money via your app because I got my cellphone back today from the insurance. I don't know why u guys have to make it a hassle each time.
I spoke to a guy named Donovan earlier and explained my situation to him, I emailed Linda the director last month to request a statement of my water bill so I could pay it, it wasn't sent to me and then I forgot to pay the bill. So I loaded electricity today and it charged me utility fees it took most of the money I loaded for electricity which was obviously a shock to m because no one contacted me to advise that it will be done in that manner! I would have liked to be given a heads up. So I'm asing this Donovan girl guy why they never notified me and he's like they used my cell and he confirmed the correct cell. But I told him that I never received any correspondence. Then I told him that I would have liked to be notified before they stole my money from me. And he's like excuse me ma'am did you just say that I stole your money from you. And I'm like Donovan I'm speaking of the company as a whole it's not a personal attack to you. So he goes on speaking over me not allowing me to speak etc etc. What I don't understand I why do you guys allow people that have no customer etiquette speak to people over the phone?? If someone is like that leave them to work in the ba*****t to milk the ***s and mow the lawns people that don't have a way to speak to people that pay their salaries shouldn't be allowed to speak to human beings. They should work with the ***s. I'm sorry but he just escalated my frustration I was already feeling as if he has no work experience at all.
Every year with the 2 pot system there's issues as if they don't test the systems before they put it out there. I tried the whatsapp number, the website as well as email life@sanlam and still no resolution. Every time it's a hassle to apply for the money. The whatsapp line says your request cannot be completed at this time. The website takes you to the landing page after clicking on withdraw and just hangs there. Then the email address says they referred my query to that SC email address who always don't respond. This is ridiculous.
I'm trying to get hold of yourselves since last week Friday and I am not getting any response, tried calling, whatsapping, emailing. I want to change my cellphone number so I can get a refund that is due to me. My old cell number is 0677957311
I am trying since Thursday evening to make payment on my one missed order but the system isn't even allowing me to view the order. It keeps showing the circle that its loading when I go into it and I spend hours trying and waiting. There isn't any money in the account it's trying to take money from and it's creating debit order charges on my account. This is unacceptable I am not going to pay any additional charges for this one order because it's not my fault if your system does not work! Check my history I always make payments on your website beforehand and now this is messing up my status on my bank account and on your end. I want this fixed immediately and I am not paying the charged incurred this is a really bad reflection for my bank account! I will be in church today until like 12pm for any calls but you can reach me after 3pm if possible. You keep sending sms about the missed payment but I'm trying to make the payment but your system won't allow it!
The delivery of the shoes happened quite fast, I loved that, and the tracking of the parcel. The shoes are really well made and I love the packaging. Just needs to be made like the old times cobbles with authentic rubber soles these soles makes my son slip on the tiles so I have to now pay an additional R70 to get rubber soles on them tomorrow. That addition would just make this more seamless.
I've been trying to contact sanlam since the 01 Sept regarding the 2 pot system to change my contact details so I can apply for it online. Something as simple as changing a telephone number so I can access my benefits available to me. But the whatsapp number doesn't work it keeps sending the same options even though you choose a different option from the list, I tried choosing option 2 to change my number but it sends the option again. Then I tried calling twice first time I held on for an hour and a half so I had to drop because I ran out of airtime. Third time I held on for 20 minutes and had to drop because I had a meeting. Sent an email to that email address allocated for 2 pot no response, sent one to the SC email address they referred me to the same 2 pot email address and said they also referred it there. If this money is available for us to apply for then why are u making it so hard to get the money which is going to be heavily taxed anyways?? You can't tell me that the emails was not received by yourselves. And in future can you rather not have whatsapp lines if there's no one to test it for failures!
I sent a query to travelstart on the 23 June 2024 advising them that I created a booking for the 29 June but I am leaving my holiday on the 28 June it was a mistake and can they please assist me...travelstart made a decision to not contact me at all before they made a decision and now i have to bear the brunt of it. They charged me R3000 for a flight down to Durban but only R1800 to go back home...does that make any sense????? I paid a total of R4800 for return flights to durban to be refunded such a little money. Then u don't contact me first to enquire if that amount is what I want or if the ticket can remain as is. They just cancel the flight and tell me about refunds and now they telling me I should go to the bank and all that to get my refund because I have a virtual card apparently but I'm sitting with the physical card in my purse. So I'm on holiday and must go up and down to sort this out imagine??. I am going to send the R1800 back to you and you will book my same flight I had booked. I was not asked for my input before you did what you did. Therefore you will give me what I had! I wanted to book an international flight with you guys at the end of the year but my first experience with you is absolutely pathetic! I spoke to Vuyo at about 3pm today she promised a manager would call me to discuss the matter by end of business today it's already 4.30pm and no one has contacted me! The service just gets worse and worse! I want to be called on 0722940924 I don't want the outcome to be sent via email because that's my business email address and I am on holiday. I’ve been contacting this company regarding my cellphone that needs repairs and I have to keep doing follow ups but when I miss one debit order they call immediately! I wouldn’t advise anyone to take insurance with game protect its a **** they take your money every month and when it’s time to fix your phone they want you to run after them! I paid the R150 already on Monday for the excess but these people still haven’t contacted me to collect the phone I’m sure after this I have to wait 3 months to receive my phone with 1000s of follow ups! Im extremely disappointed!
