Claim denied
File for a claim because of my sealing in rooms having mould on it because of leaking from roof The not going to pay because it's now wear and tear No communication from i had to call and send email no reply on email Very disappointed and I have my house my contents my vehicles with them

Poor service with cold food waiting nearly an hour for our food
Pasadena spur in Paarl Western Cape We went there for launch wait neatly an hour for pur food and when it eventually came everything was cold and my order were wrong Ordered spicy beef strips and I was served with tomato beef strips no sauce We had a bad experience will never visit them again or recommend to my family and friends They don't even deserve a star

Injured on duty refund
When it come to refund they alott of excuses..I pad Doctors out of my pocket cash but now they taking there time te refund me ..they can keep the money I won't get poorer and that's a fact...I won't reply to any more emails from them

Claim for TV
I won't recommend momentum to any of my friends.. Family and work colleagues.. I will definitely change my insurance by moving to a different insurance company

Claiming TV.. Very disappointed
Going to cancel my insurance with momentum not wanting to replace my tv now I'm very disappointed and also what will happen if I get in to a accident with my vechile they will also not pay out or repair.. Will definitely move on and looking for other insurance definitely ASAP

Sonic telecoms
Anybody out there that has difficulty with sonic telecoms Internet services.. My wife and I been sending emails about no Internet connection but nothing was done to fix it and they took money every month from her account for service we didn't evan use so we went to the bank and cancel the debit order.. Now they threatening her to blacklist her.. How in the world can you pay for something you didn't use or get no communication on your emails you sending them.. I will neva make use of them ever again and I am getting legal advise regarding there threat
