I am beyond frustrated with the unacceptable and repetitive issues I am experiencing with my account. Despite being fully paid, I am forced to contact MTN every single day to request that my account be reinstated. This is utterly pathetic and completely unprofessional for a company of your size. I am sick and tired of begging for a service I am fully entitled to. MTN, fix this issue immediately and ensure it does not happen again.
MTN’s internet service is consistently unreliable, and outages seem to occur far too frequently. If you’re considering MTN for uncapped internet, I strongly advise you to explore other providers. Reliable internet is essential, and MTN’s service simply doesn’t meet the standard. Save yourself the frustration and choose a provider that values its customers and ensures dependable service.
I am extremely disappointed with MTN's service since 4 December. The internet goes off for three hours every day without fail. As someone who works from home, this has caused a significant loss of productive hours and disrupted my ability to meet deadlines. Despite being a loyal customer, I feel let down by the lack of reliable connectivity and the absence of communication or solutions to address this issue. Consistency and reliability are crucial for any internet service provider, and unfortunately, MTN has failed to deliver on both counts. I hope MTN takes immediate steps to resolve this matter, as the current situation is unacceptable for customers who rely on stable internet to earn a living.
Telkom decided to implement a staggering 31% hike on my data plan, from R449 to a whopping R651.70. The CPI increase is 5.3%, this exorbitant price hike is unjustified. MTN is offering the same plan - LTE Unlimited 10Mbps plan for just R269. A notable 41% difference. Why is there a significant price gap?
I have been dealing with Angor for the past 3 months regarding an unresolved issue with my levy statement. Despite numerous interactions with their support desk and Wallace Khumalo, The Portfolio Property Specialist, the problem remains unaddressed. Angor has acknowledged that the mistake is on their part, yet they have failed to resolve the issue or update my levy statement accordingly. Throughout this period, I have consistently received letters of demand, adding unnecessary stress and frustration. The lack of effective communication and urgency in addressing their acknowledged error is disappointing. I would not recommend Angor due to their inability to provide satisfactory customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
They claim you get money back through live better rewards. All they do is deduct money from your balance and transfer it to live better balance. I don't know who gave them the permission to do this with my account but I want it to stop. Every time they take money from my balance, I have to transfer it back but every day they deduct money from my account and I have to go through the hustle of transferring it back. This has been going on for too long and I want it to stop!
I would give a zero rating if there was an option. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. I have been on line since 08h00 trying to make an enquiry about my claim but nobody picks up the phone. I even tried to reach my corporate manager and the phone just keeps ringing. Is anybody working at this company or are they all on holiday? Employers, please save your staff the amount of headache and pain of accessing their benefits and look for other service providers.

I app**** for a virtual number and it took them 1 full week to give me the telephone number. They claim the number has been activated but when I dial the number it says the number does not exist. I have tried calling their support and every time they transfer me to another department. All the consultants that I have spoken to have no clue what a virtual number is. Why sell a product if you don't know what you are selling? I am so frustrated because no matter what number I call, I am not receiving any assistants.
