Wish I could give a zero stars. My car was serviced here very late December just before New years day. Looking at the invoice it stated 1.5hrs labor, yet i waited 4 hours if not more to get my car back, the service advisor said the car was in the washing bay for probably 2 hours. Upon receiving my car back i noticed lose items were sliding around in the plastic tray below the boot flap inside the boot (where the triangle & jumper cables are kept). Before - I organized everything in this tray very tight fit so that there are no lose things to slide around in this tray. So this noise started to irritate me and given some thought i investigated and saw there was a big gap in this tray. I remembered i put a rolled up spanner set in this space that was sentimental to me as my dad gave it to me, in-case i get stuck with something happening to the car - i might have the tools to get the car going and get to a safe place. This rolled up spanner set seems to have been taken while the car was at Kia Bryanston, because the noise was there since i received my car back and i have not left my car open and unattended since this service. I phoned the branch and spoke to the manager, i explained the situation to him and asked if there are cameras at his wash bay department, he seemed annoyed with me and my concern, did not answer me about the cameras in the wash bay, said i had to remove my valuables before i booked the car in with them, said he will speak to his staff and phone me back - he never phoned me back. I feel this matter was brushed off, i feel this manager does not care about anything other than his salary at the end of his month. I wonder if other people also might have had things going missing from their vehicles and if they also phoned this person that had to put measures in place in case of an event like this. Will never take my car here again, and i will advise anyone against it and also share my story with them. To him this was just a silly spanner set and work he was not in the mood to do. To me it was a sentimental gift from a loved one. It bothers me to this day.
Bought and paid for items that i never received. Cannot get hold of them via phone or email, drove to their premises and just got chased away. These people are THIEVES.
Sent more than 4 call back requests to have details updated with regards to an address change. Never got phoned to this day. Phoned them to change the address only, suddenly the premium on one of the vehicles increased drastically, i was informed this was a 'technical issue' that they logged to have resolved as my premium should not be this high. Premium went off via debit order with this massively increased amount, no calls no communication except an email stating my policy is updated, this new massively increased amount is now my normal premium amount. Phoned again - got told i will be phoned back. Never got phoned back. Never thought Miway would drop the ball like this, always been happy with their service, we are in a pandemic, people are losing their jobs yet it seems Miway need to employ either more people to do their jobs or get COMPETENT people in the positions to get things done. Moving to another insurer.
2nd time they debit me late, then the debit order bounces, the bank penalises and credit score is affected, I phoned and they can't explain to me why this happens, and also cant change the debit date which is supposed to be the 1st. No service, just like the government. Pathetic
Went to buy an extension cord, took the last item on the shelf priced at R260.<br> When i went to the till to pay, the item scanned for R300. <br> I notified the cashier of the difference, so she took the cord to where i took it off the shelf, stayed away for about 10-15 mins, and when she came back she had a \newly"printed PI label indicating the new price of R300 which it scanned for.<br> <br> I exited the building and went in through the entrance"
This is not the first time ordering and some ingredients are just not on the food ordered. Is there a National Shortage of a basic ingredient such as a TOMATO? or LETTUCE? or it is because the person in charge of ordering/planning the required stock needed was appointed because of skin color and not education?<br> <br> Pathetic! This will cause all franchises to lose sales, shut down, jobs lost, crime increased, SA turned into a 2nd ZIM. But i guess we are not taught to look past the monthly salary eh?<br> <br> PFFT
Last Friday I went to take someone on a date to watch the new Hunger Games movie... TERRIBLE experience!! I was bitten by fleas all over my arms and legs, and they did not bother to put the air conditioning on even though it's in the middle of summer in a cinema full of people, I nearly fainted of the heat and stuffiness.<br> When I was there last I watched the movie Epic, and a rat came running behind us on the head cushions to get to it's hole it made in the wall...<br> <br> How can these things continue, not be monitored and in fact just get worse??<br> I will never visit this Ster Kinekor again, disappointment and waste of money.
Newly installed Boom gate money suckers have been installed to remind you that your car standing in the sun is not enough. Upon entering the shopping centre this information board displays how much you are being robbed of every hour depending on where you leave your car. When you choose to park under the roof area, you will realize when you want to leave the place, that the ticket you paid does not open the Boom gate, you press the button to speak to some operator who was appointed because of his skin colour and he is gifted with not being 'able' to hear you ask for help, ignores pleas to have the boom gate opened.<br> <br> Truly the most PATHETIC and racist service I have ever experienced in my LIFE.<br> This reminded me what a beautiful country has gone to WASTE.
Anyone who has been to this Drive Thru in the Checkers Complex knows that it is VERY slow moving. While waiting, Africans park their car next to the Drive Thru and walk in between the cars to the ordering menu and order their food, they then walk to the collection window to collect their food and go back t their car.<br> <br> What about the people waiting in line? What about following procedure and EDUCATING people to remember their manners and use the store entrance? Why is it acceptable for some to get away with this but others are refused to be helped like this? Drive Thru's are for CARS.<br> <br> ??
