We have had 2 complaints over the last few months and every time we have to fight to get something done. Our sliding door glass shattered yesterday. Rain is coming in and its a safety hazard. No feedback, no response and they pass the buck. They are the worst insurance
I called to change my debit order as I have changed jobs. I was told to email my new contract and they would amend. Now they asking me for a payslip. I only start my new job 1 August, payslip is end of August so it is too late to amend. They so *********** and tell me I must call the call centre. how *********** can you be!!! Surely i have a right to choose a debit order date
My mom broke her tooth a month ago. We have the Zestlife Dental cover since Sep last year. Submitted our claim and still getting the run around. We submitted almost 2 weeks ago and still nothing from them. Seriously why do we pay for services
Worst experience ever we paid for lifetime usage of a multi user package. Now all of a sudden it doesnt work and we need to pay for a new license monthly. This is definitely going further we have lost all the work with no access
We belong to catch up and for the last month well guess what it does not work. The excuse is they working on it well please can we get a refund for the months not working. Ridiculous
Good day! I have been a client of tracker for almost 5 years now and have had both my vehicles registered with them. They have phoned me every year regarding my Ford Territory and even replaced the tracker when it was not working, however they have never contacted me regarding my BMW. Last week I received a call from a consultant wanting to extend my warranty for an extra cost on the territory. I questioned why I was never contacted regarding the BMW. I then refused and asked them to test my BMW. The lady advised that she could see my BMW was never tested and if there was a problem that i would need to pay as it was out of warranty. No one ever contacted me to state my warranty was up on the BMW. Well guess what I got an email that the tracker in my BMW is faulty. I wonder how long it has been 4 years????? I paid all this time for a faulty tracker????? Imagine if my car was stolen:???: MY tracker is now cancelled and I will not deal with a fraudulent company
We have reported Telkom on various occassions and well guess what its still not sorted. We have received various sms's saying our problem is sorted however it is not. We have contacted Telkom non stop and still no luck. Non of our extensions ring through when transferring calls on an opticon switchboard. We have contacted 4 times and been promised someone will come out. Guess what its 2016 and still waiting. The worst is the call centre makes you wait almost 2 hours to go through. Ridiculous, maybe Telkom needs better competition!!!!
We have a business account that was FICA after Absa blocked it with no notification, we then took the document to them and they made the necessary copies. They then blocked us again 2 days later as they made unclear copies well guess what we have been blocked again. Maybe Absa needs some training on how to Fica accounts and maybe they the reason the economy is going the way it is. What a pathetic bank.
We have a switchboard at the church and Telkom keeps telling us its repaired and guess what its not.<br> Assistance will be great and skilled labourers would be a bonus
Well after my last complaint the only way we could get the registration done was for our director to actually stop at the offices and force it to be done. Then the staff headed off to their party and guess what we still waiting for a response on our letter of good standing from Friday's emails.<br> We paid the full amount as requested and it just seems as if no one is interested in giving us feedback.<br> Can you imagine how long we will have to wait for a claim in future!!!
