Webafrica have to be the most useless company I have ever had the displeasure of trying to work with. It's like they only have a few sales people and no other staff and there AI has been programmed by the ANC, it's completely dysfunctional. There are no answers or solutions from this bot driven ****. Avoid them at all costs.
I have been asking Standard Bank Insurance for a copy of my policy schedule for a little over a month now. I have asked several different people some of whom are supposed to managers. You would think this would be the kind of request that that could be answered in a day, or a week. But, Standard Bank Insurance have manged to evade sending the policy for over a month now. Useless on every level and in every department.
This company should be shut down. They are beyond useless. 2 months to sort out a claim for a burst geyser. It took them a month to respond to my claim and it has been a month since they received everything. Absolutely useless. Are there any competent people left in these corporates?
There is not a rating poor enough for this utterly useless company. What a scam. They force themselves on you via the home loan but do not appear to have people in an office because you can never get hold of anyone. It took them 3 months to refuse my last claim and for the past 2 weeks have not responded to my new claim. Don't bother trying to email Palesa Maduna or Martha Motsamai they are as useless as there policies.
We ordered R 267 000 worth of timber flooring from this company in August 2018. As of the 7th August 2019, this installation is still not complete. Dealing with Lalegno is an absolute disaster. If you are looking for wooden flooring run a mile in the opposite direction of these idiots.
I have moved provinces and am trying to leave Planet Fitness as there is no gym in my new neighbourhood. I have offered to buy my contract out but Planet Fitness insist that I must remain a member until the last day of February. They will not accept my payment and release me, they are forcing me to stay registered with the gym. The problem is that because the membership is linked to my Discovery Vitality I cannot join my new gym until the beginning of March so I am missing a month and a half of gym in addition to the 6 weeks I missed over December. Short sighted bunch of idiots... Maybe someone in one of these two organisations should look up the word Vitality...<br> I have been a member of Planet Fitness for many years and tolerated the rickety old equipment but this is the last straw. What a bunch of losers.
I am trying to cancel my gym membership at Planet fitness as I have moved to a new city. Planet fitness and Discovery Vitality cannot affect an immediate transfer so I am forced to miss Gym for a month and a half while there bureaucratic bull crap runs it's course. I would like to join Virgin Active who are closer to me. Trying to discuss the matter with the Planet fitness call centre and the club manager are a waste of time. Absolutely useless. I am considering cancelling my medical and other policies as a result of the crap service and stupidity. It concerns me that Vitality is all about the company and not at all about my health.
We have had a data contract for 3 years. R 165 / month for 3 gigs. Having previously had a bad experience this account was never an open account and in 3 years we have never had additional charges. Last month a debit of R 13 000 was taken from our bank account. Vodacom is aware that the data is used by a dongle and an iPad and that sms messages are not received when we approach out of bundle. That however is irrelevant, the package was never supposed to be open, and I believe has been changed. Further, some sort of action should be taken when spending so far exceeds average spending. You have a primary contact number. Apart from that, out of bundle charges are so ridiculous they are nothing other than absolute theft. Finally, trying to sort this out by phone and mail has proven to be a waste of time. My mail has not had a response and I have grown tired of being transferred from person to person on the phone. We have cancelled the debit order and the bank has returned the payment. These devices however are used for work and our service is now compromised. Between my family and my company we have about 20 different Vodacom packages and have been loyal customers. But not any more!
