We called them for our safe. We sent pictures and asked them the price. They said R295. The guy came super late, opened it in 5 seconds and later charged us R3000 just to drill and did not leave the premises until we paid. ****mers indeed!!!!!! When we called the call center no1 wanted to help us
They have damaged an item marked fragile and refuse to take responsibility for it! A bunch of idiots in customer service! Service is horrible
This managing agent is useless and hopeless. They cannot handle situations in a mature manner, they always blame others for their mistakes, they constantly lie, and they never want to rectify what is wrong. They always looking for a way out.
A bunch of unprofessional workers. They don't respond to emails. They stopped my mum's payment without any notice. After 15 emails and 20 calls they still have not sent the letter where they notified her that payments will be stopped. They have rude workers and even their direct service doesn't respond to emails.
So we bought 2 packets of simba Mexican chili on 2 different occasions from the SPAR in ruimsig. Both packets the taste was horrible, burnt and had no flavour. I went to SPAR on the 9th of February to show them the crisp as I sill had some of it. When we got to the store we asked for customer service and there was no one to assist us. A gentleman by the name of Andre told us that he is not the manager but he can try to assist us. We explained to him about the crisp and showed him the slips and the fact the crisp was bought 4 days apart. The one packet of crisp he seen was expired. Note that packet was purchased on the 26th but the expiry date was the 25th. Fine we just told him that all we want is a replacement and to ensure that this doesn't happen again and should be taken up with SIMBA. As he was chatting to us a man by the name of Chancy walked up in a very abrupt manner and said that he is the manager and what's the problem. Andre then explained to him and also told him that the one packet was expired. He got very angry and started screaming and yelling at us and told us that how does he know that the packet wasn't from his store and that we are personally attacking him. Take note at this point Andre conversed with him so nowhere did we attack him personally because Andre pointed out that the crisp is expired. I told him it's not a problem I will prove that it came from his store and he started getting more angry and yelling at my husband and I. This all happened in front of other customers. Eventually the security guard came and tried to calm the situation down but this so called manager Chancy carried on to a point where he threatened me and told him I will see what he will do to me. Andre walked me to the crisp aisle and explained that they do not do refunds but will replace it for me. The so called manager turned around and screamed at Andre and told him that he should leave us and that we must get it ourselves. My husband posed a question to this so called manager and asked him so if I walk around now and go through every item of the store and pick up an expired item and bring it to him is it a personal attack on you as a manager or am I informing you that the store has an expired item. He turned around and said it's a personal attack on him. Firstly the way he handled the situation by screaming and yelling at us wasn't right, secondly he kept on throwing his position at us to a point that he stood higher than us so he could look down while we spoke and thirdly he openly threatened me. Is this the kind of management that SPAR Ruimsig prides themselves on. He boasted that he has 10 years of management experience well it's clear that he isn't good at what he does. I even told him that since the store has cameras I will inform the investigating parties to view the incident on camera to observe the manner in which he behaved that's besides all the witnesses that were present.
Vw the Glen are very deceitful and sly. So they were suppose to do a specific service of which they didn't and now they have to refund me. Its been over a month and they still haven't refunded me. First I spoke to Jonathan Chetty who was useless and constantly lying. Eventually after millions of messages I finally got hold of Bridget who is the manager. Let me just say what a useless manager. For a few weeks now she has been giving me stories filled with lies. If she isn't blaming the receptionist, then she is blaming Jonathan, if it's not him then it's Unitrans. She hasn't contacted me for a week now and avoids my messages and calls. I've contacted VW head office and it seems like they also can't assist. I have then taken it to Unitrans and it seems like they also not bothered. So clearly vw the Glen and all others associated with it are clearly liars and unprofessional thieves. I'm not the only person they have done this too. Many others have complaints. This dealership is not to be trusted.
<p>On 28 July 2017 I booked through hotels.com for Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga. I received an email to say that my booking has been guaranteed and all has been paid for. On the evening of 30 July 2017 I received an email informing me that my booking has been cancelled with no valid reason at all and that I should not contact hotels.com. I emailed them and I did not get any response. The numbers in the previous email they sent does not exist. They have taken my money and cancelled my booking. They are frauds and thieves. </p>
<p>About a month ago Discovery Medical Aid department kept harassing day after day, at times I would get 2 to 3 calls a day from call centre agents requesting me to pay Discovery for an amount of R160.00. This amount occurred because of Discovery's incompetence as they did not file the correct paper work on time which resulted in an outstanding bill on their side. To stop the harassment I paid Discovery the amount with the details they provided me with. It's been over a month and up until now I have not received a receipt for the amount paid. When I call the call centres I end up waiting for hours on end and they end up cutting the call. I have sent Discovery numerous emails to call me with regards to the situation and till date no one has called me. It's amazing how they could call when they needed the money for their stupid mistake but cannot call to inform me about my receipt. </p>
<p>Last year I joined Virgin Active in Glenvista. The first few months were all good. I never had a complaint about the gym. After a few months they started changing the staff and conditions became terrible. Every time I went to the gym the aircons were never on or it was put on low because the staff members were getting cold or had some sort of allergies. I've spoken to managers I even tried the head office but I've had no response instead every time I go to the gym and ask them to turn the aircons on they tell me **** like the temperature works with the outside environment which I don't understand because this gym has a huge pool in the centre which makes the gym very humid and stuffy so how on earth can you set temperatures with the outside environment when we are gyming indoors. Every time I'm promised something will be done but till today nothing has changed instead it's worst and the new staff are so rude and have terrible attitudes. I have been to other virgin actives and even cheaper gyms but not once did I have a problem with the aircons. This gym disgusts me along with the staff (excluding the trainers). Service provided and how they treat members are pathetic. </p>
