I honestly dont know why I still bother with Mcdonalds Lyndhurst. Literally 20 mins on the drive through and havent paid and no movement. At this point I am hoping I can just leave without my order. Because wow this is bs. The lady is busy laughing who was taking orders when we complain. Its 16:47 and been here since 16:25.
The service at McDonalds Lyndhurst is pathetic. This probably the third time, either they dont have fountain drinks, today mcflurry deal was on “outage” they said the deal is no longer available. I went to Mcdonald Louis Botha and got the deal. Their drive through is always slow. The other day they literally were serving pedestrians on the drive through and made the wait for cars 10x worse. Going to this McDonalds is waste of time. The service at the Louis Botha one is 5 star and this is the McDonalds I rather stick with. Its an additional 5mins drive but worth it, McDonalds Lyndhurst is better off closed than this bs they do!
I am at Nandos Greenstone. CHK 3006 - 18 Oct 2022 15:12PM. After a long day of back meetings I decided go grab a meal. I found a glass on the table where I sat. One of the staff members comes to move me because he wants to sit here. A whole 15 mins conversation of me asking why he would move a customer so he can sit here for his lunch. I lost my appetite immediately. The service here is always a problem nje. We love nandos but the service here is ****! Imagine a staff member moving a customer so he can sit. Ndiqala ukuyiva
I am a parent of a child at BSA. My child has been with the school since Grade RR. I initially loved the culture and the way my son and other kids were treated at the school. Since last year the transport was the first issue, the “finance minister” was unable to help and subsequently I decided to take my son off transport and rather drop him off myself to eliminate problems. In 2021, I unfortunately got retrenched. I did communicate this with the school. This was in no way saying I won’t pay. I did make payments even though sometimes speaking to Tebogo or whatever his name is wasnt helpful. Kids with outstanding fees would be taken out of class and would sit outside the whole day. It still is a mystery to me why kids have to be involved in parental and financial matters. Today I was making an arrangement for payment and was told not to bring the child to school until I have paid. So this means he misses out on school for a couple of days before my payday. My question then is, what is the purpose of the school? On Tuesday the finance minister was rude. This was on a recorded phone call where I told him he has no right of discussing finance matters with a 7 year old. Like previously mentioned, for 3 full years I had never defaulted with school fees. So yes, now I am sitting with my child looking for a school where his education will be priority and financial matters will be discussed with his parents and not him directly. Take your child there at your own risk. That school seems to be after money off late or simply hiring pathetic people who do not hold the values of the school high. That yellowbone will run it to the ground if not careful. At the end of the day parents should also be treated with respect. I doubt finance minister knows what that even means. I have all communication with him to back this up. BSA is becoming a joke!
I am in Ackermans Balfour Park. I am disgusted with the service I just received from Thembi Shezi who is the manager for this shop. I came for a refund. She is telling me rudely so that I should wait until they have cash. The rudeness and how she is shouting at me irritates me. This is after I waited a good 10 minutes while she was on a personal call with relative.
I am utterly disgusted by the service I just received from Netcare Casualty. The lady with braids at reception at 04:35 on the 30th of Dec 2020 is nonsense. She is rude and was shouting saying I am not on medical aid. I came here sick, pregnant with a heavy headache. The last thing I needed was this bs I got from this lady with red hair. Chewing gum and has an elastic in her hair. I drove to netcare parklane and got help with the same medical aid she says is not valid. Next time you guys choose your front staff choose people with manners and that will care for your customers. I am disgusted. See me at linksfield kill me.
I am still waiting to be charged for a scratch. Its almost a month now and nothing has been done and I keep calling and I am being sent from pillar to post literally. With my last rental 48 hours lapsed a long time ago and I still haven’t received an invoice.
I am highly disappointed with MFC and makes regret why I chose this as my finance house. It has been a month since they repossessed the car. They took the car in my absence and apparently they made a whole show in the complex and one White guy was swearing in Afrikaans outside. This was despite me not being there and actually having communicated that I dont have a problem they can come get it and confirmed my current address. I believe this was to be done with dignity. Today I contacted Lucas Mahlangu to find out why no one has said anything. According to their policy, I should have gotten a valuation report 15 days after they took the car. Its been a month now. He rudely responds to say I havent kept my promise pf fetching my valuables and leaving the key at the store which I did on the 29th of July. This is another excuse why they havent done anything and will charge me for storage cost as they keep prolonging this and someone isn’t doing their work. Why cant they keep to their policy? By now the car should have been booked for auction but nothing has been done and they wanna shift the blame on me. I wont pay for it extra days of storage. This is sickening. Can someone do something about this and we put this unpleasant relationship behind us.
