I have had a very bad expierience with Capitec connect ,they offered me a simcard and i accept although they said data was cheaper but it wasnt.On the 16th I phoned telling them my phone was lost and i have already blacklisted one simcard ,Capitec said to me they cant block on their side as phone already blacklisted .Phone is insured and Insurance told me they are able to see that my phone had 2 simcards but if Capitec cant blacklist my phone they need to put it in writing until today Capitec is refusing to send me an email that they cant assist i have been dealing with 2 thandekas the one is a supervisor and other one is a consultant i even went to the branch and asked insurance people to explain what they want but they not helping me and because of them i still cannot claim my insurance most of all I regret the day i took the card
I am extremely disappointed with the treatment we got from Nissan Edenvale,from the 18th August we took our car to them because it was overheating until today the matter is still not resolved and we had to use taxis they could not even offer us a loan car ,they would take car for a week and give it back saying its fixed in 2 days time problem starts again and worse ,the last straw is us calling on a tow truck on the 05th September because the car was over heating in the freeway 3 days after collecting from Nissan ,we are now using taxis carrying our valuables to JHB taxi ranks praying everyday we dont get mugged while Nissan Edenvale has our car ,worse part the car was bought at that dealer even for service it is serviced by them.All we need is our car to be fixed if not in time its but we need a loan car because it is now 2 weeks they have our car .Their communication is worse you will need on calling them for follow up
On the 10th June I went to Woolworths Eastgate Mall,I bought staff on 30% mark down to my surprise when I get to the tills to pay a lady by Katlego told me to wait for 2 o’clock but items were already marked down and nowhere it mentioned 2 o’clock so I had to wait at the tills until 2
I have a funeral policy from 2010 with Momentum before Metropolitan took over and I have never even claimed , in December 2021 my debit order returned unpaid due to insufficient funds, January the 20th I'm expecting double debit, to my surprise it didn't go through when I call they say policy lapsed and cannot be reinstated, my question is policy lapse after how many unpaid premiums and why was I not notified that if debit returned unpaid once it will lapse.
I am so disappointed with Makro Edenvale, I bought a new Russell Robb Iron 27 Oct 2021 in December it stopped working, when I took it back they said they booking it for repairs which will take up to 21 days, they can only replace it in 14 days but I mean the iron is still new but repaired within a month, now I am stuck with no iron but sold it to me saying it's the highest but today a month and half I'm stuck with no iron
I since requested a settlement letter on the 05/10/2015 and till today i havent received it ,i logged a complain on the 08/10/2015 wth the complains department they gave ref 2147893 till today stil failed yo sent me the letter instead they keep calling to request my email adres yet they sending me statements monthly ,i am so dissapointed wth nedbank and would never recommend anyone to them ,Africank bank and Finchoice did much much better cos they were able to send me those letters immediately they proved me wrong cos thats the service i was expepecting from them ,if i would di business again i would do it with them
