My mother initially took out Platinum Life cancer cover for R99 in 2022. The debit order increased substantially every now and then, and escalated to R726.31. My mother has been diagnosed with early onset Dementia, and cannot make rationale decisions regarding finances any more and cannot afford that premium at all. But apparently she agreed to the increase in her policy every time an agent called her. I feel the system takes IMMENSE, IMMORAL AND ********* advantage of vulnerable individuals. They use scare mongering techniques to manipulate and convince elderly clients as to why they simply HAVE to agree to the new policy. And use perverse incentives such as an Isabella Garcia gift bag, to get policy holders to increase the cover and debit order amount. Once Platinum Life has got clients hooked, they just keep increasing the payments. Makes me sick that innocent people, who actually really can't afford it, are preyed upon.

I reported my faulty Defy Fridge, Model no: L60445NE, Product no: 7518720001 Product Code: DFD447, Serial No: 1610182810 on Thursday 9 July. The entire cooling unit is rusted and does not work anymore. I was told by the service agent to email 'service@defy.co.za' with pictures of the fridge and frozen cooling unit, which I did.. But 5 days later, I am still awaiting any feedback from Defy. And sitting without a fridge... Will never buy any Defy appliance again. Poor service. Poor products. You can most definitely NOT RELY ON DEFY. Not living up to their company logo in any way. If they wish to keep a competitive edge or any share in the market, they will definitely have to up their gain, appliance quality and customer service.
<p>www.sportykids.co.za is a bogus website. Ordered and paid for goods which was never delivered (despite paying R150 additional delivery costs). Have tried all possible methods to contact them, but to no avail. How do we stop this website from continuing to operate and steal from others? Very upset and disappointed.</p>
<p>I am literally at my WIDTHS END!!! I have spent endless hours WASTED on the phone trying to sort out a contract portfolio upgrade on my contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>But to no awail. Every single consultant I speak to knows nothing about previous phone calls and gives different information. I have never experienced such incompetence.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom has THE most appaling customer service. I have made a previous complaint, after which a customer complaints consultant phoned me. She promised that she would have my portfolio updated that same day and get back to me. But alas, it has been more than a week, and I have heard NOTHING back from her. I have since called the upgrades department on ********** 9 on numerous occasions again. </p> <p>But still NO-ONE is able to assist me. Phone lines are dropped.... Consultants are incompetent.....</p> <p> </p> <p>I am utterly frustrated with Vodacom and appalled by the EXTREMELY POOR level of service.</p> <p> </p> <p>How is this possible?????? Is there NO-ONE that is willing or capable of helping me???</p>

The service of the KFC drive through in Thabo Mbeki street in Mokopane is appauling. And this is not the fist time we experienced such bad service. For a start the milkshake / Krusher machine hardly ever works!!! We went through the drive-through today and were told to wait in the parking lot as they were trying make the Oreo crushers. After more than 10 minutes someone brought out the food, but still no sign of the Krushers... upon enquiry the best reply I got was \I don't know...!!!"This was after paying for the Krushers which are advertised on the huge posters (but are never available!!!) The person said I must wait (yet again!!!). I finally had to get out of my car with 3 little kids dodging the beggars that are always hanging around the KFC. I returned the food (which by now was cold) and demanded a refund. So once they have my money"
