The seller was quick and responsive, very professional, and the product worked exactly as promised. Prices are also good. I bought another for my cousin the next day. When I need another, I'll be back.
I recently had to put in a claim for damage to my vehicle with Miway. The whole process was quick and easy. Being able to do it through the app was so convenient because I could deal with all the admin in my own time, even outside of office hours. The one time that I had to call a consultant the consultant was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. My claim was covered in full and Miway even contacted me to let me know they had allocated a legal consultant to help recover my excess from the third party involved. I already have my vehicle back, fully repaired. I am very, very happy with the service I've received.
The Call centre is so convoluted. I have one simple question to ask related to the app, that doesn't require any of my personal information. I have been trying for three days and I have yet to get through to an actual human being. I tried the WhatsApp which gave irrelevant suggestions, after I'd closed the app and then considered the matter closed because I didn't respond. The automated call centre wants me to provide personal information that is completely irrelevant to my query and I must log into my app to authenticate the fact that I'm calling which is just ridiculous. It would literally (and I mean literally) take a person 2 minutes to listen to what I'm asking and then say yes or no. Instead I've spent several hours just trying to get through to a human being. At this point going to queue at the bank to wait to speak to a consultant is looking like the best option and that's what they're supposed to be trying to prevent with online and telephone banking.
I only discovered [URL Removed] a few months ago but I am thankful I did. They have introduced me to the joys of online shopping. I have since bought a number of items from them and I have received very good service. I received the correct product every time, on time. There was only one case where the product I ordered was out of stock but they promptly contacted me to inform me of the mistake, apologise and ask how I would like to proceed. I requested a refund and the correct amount was refunded to me within a day. I love their many promotions and they are very generous with coupons. Thank you Takealot! The only bit of constructive criticism I can add is that they should require their suppliers to enter detailed descriptions and more than one picture of every product.
I had a motor vehicle accident in April and my car was declared a write off. I was dual insured at the time but after I contacted Miway to make a claim they settled it very promptly. The only negative comment I can give is that the person I dealt with did not keep me updated on the progress of my claim otherwise I am happy with the service I received.
I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in April 2015, while I was dual insured. A third party was at fault so I informed my insurance company, Outsurance, that I was going to attempt to claim from the third party first. Time passed, things were taking too long and I was struggling without a vehicle so I contacted Outsurance and asked if I could reinstate my claim. They were very understanding and dealt with the claim promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from their claims department. I do have an issue with their billing department (I am still being charged insurance premiums for a car I don't have anymore) but I have faith that this will be resolved soon.
I had a contract with Wesbank for vehicle finance when I was involved in an accident in April and my car was declared a write-off. Firstly, the very first contact I had with Wesbank after was via a sms in which they threatened to blacklist me if I did not settle my account immediately - completely uncalled for as I had not missed one payment since the inception of the contract. No way to treat a good client. Secondly, my insurance company requested a settlement letter and settled the balance then a little while after that I got a message from Wesbank saying my debit order was being reinstated and then an amount was deducted from my account. I phoned several times to query this, the first three times I sat on hold for more 10 minutes or more. Then eventually I got in contact with someone who said there was a problem and she needed to do some calculations then she would call me back - I'm still waiting. I have attempted to call them again but have again had to hold for more than 10 minutes at a time. Terrible, terrible service! I will need to purchase a new car soon and I am reluctant to use Wesbank to finance it.
