*********** AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY
It has been 2 months since I have resigned from my previous company and i have requested my withdrawal of my provident fund. I end up spending R100 AIRTIME EWVERYTIME I CALL FAIRSURE FOR AN UPDATE ON MY WITHDRAWL. THIS IS NOT FAIR ON SOMEONE WHO ALREADY DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING. why is is such a hassle to get our funds withdrawn ? By law it should take up to 21 days, but Fairsure thinks it's okay to take their own time and take up to 2 to 3 months. the staff never gets back when you ask for an update , i always have to beg or call them a million times and waste R100 airtime just to speak to someone, then only to find out that the person handling the claim is on leave and no one knows when they going to get back. I understand companies can get busy but **** no there needs to be a process in flow. How can it take 2 months just to get funds allocated or withdrawn. I m sick of all the excuses and no accountability. i want my funds this week from FAIRSURE,!!!!! RIGHT NOW I AM ON HOLD FOR 13 MMINUTES THATS 30 RAND AIRTIME GONE IN ITS MOER. THEY NEVER CALL BACK OR PROVIDE FEEDBACK OR ANYTHING EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND AN UPDATE EMAIL. THIS IS PATHETIC. IM GOING TO THE OMBUDMENT IF I DONT GET MY FUNDS THIS WEEK I ALSO HAVE BILLS TO SETTLE

This is a HUGE HUGE ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was quickly reached out to be Mieshkah Levy, she was very quick to asisst me to make the Payment of R2100.00 Once i made the payment she went quiet. she went silent and i could not even get hold of her at all. I went tot he police station to open up a case and i was advised that so many many people have been ****med by FRESH START LAW . I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM GOIGN TO NAME AND SHAME AND SMEER MIESHKAH LEVY NAME ALL OVER!!!!!!! she is a ***** and take peoples hard earned moeny!!!!!!!!!!

Government applications always regretted (unfairness)
Good day, I would like this to be seen by everyone and if I could write an open letter to the RSA government I would do so. this comes from years and years of regretted emails for positions which I apply for at the government and on the website. I have been applying since 2015 for position which I have experience and qualifications for. While the BBBEE is supposed to cover all people of colour including coloureds. I still feel there is a major lack of actually practicing what the BBBEE law stands for. While we are supposed to make sure local and international companies have black employment or a company has a black partnership if they do not have black employees... the governments seem to not give any thought to us coloured people with experience and qualifications. I would like to know, how am I regretted for over 50 jobs that I applied for on the government website! I mean I have been doing administration work for years. I have been in compliance and conformance, I've been in data analytics and for the positions I applied for I keep on receiving regretted emails. I would like to know how do you know I am not the right person for the position ,when clearly my resume and my certificates shows I have the experience.... I was not called for an interview once so how do you determine when someone is not right for the position? this is infuriating and it just shows the lack of fairness and unethicalness within our system as most people make sure their own families gets hired first. Yes, everyone will say there are rules and regulations but let’s face the reality that not many follow them and that it's all about who you know and 98% fraud. I hope someone in government HR reads this as I have some questions as well. Regards,

Disgusted by this firm
<div>I am disgusted with how attentive they are when you make payment once they received your payment they no longer available because they got your money... I cannot get hold of anyone I've been sending emails to the girl ***as she was the one constantly emailing me she gives her cell number but it all just diverts to their office lines which keeps you on hold for about 30 to 1 hour and then someone just drops the call. I went to the police station they advised me it's a scam and I cam take this matter further I can open a case as well... I'm proceeding with lawsuit against this company as they took mot only my hard earned money but loads of other people. I feel sorry because I actually saved up and paid them in full a 2100 then I had to may for my own clearance papers and courier for docs to them which means I give out all the money and they just do absolutely nothing for me. I have given them numerous chances to respond and give my money back as I got done what they were supposed to do for me at a fraction of what they chaurged me. If people want to stand with me for the lawsuit they may do so </div>

Disappointed and left starving
I love ocean basket but last night I was left really disappointed and hungry. We ordered sushi and main meals however we waited over 45 minutes just for sushi... our main meals came before the sushi and we specifically asked for the sushi first we then sent the main meals back as we told the waiter we want the sushi first for a reason. We waited and waited he then came to say the sushi will be another 20 minutes I then advised to cancel the sushi which all of a sudden came in less than 5minutes. I asked the waitor to bring us fresh main meals not the ones they keeping warm somewhere he agreed and said no he would sort us out and well get fresh meals.... my word... I received my same pan ice cold and I wanted to return it but my fiance was so hungry and starving that he just decided that we should rather eat the cold food coz he been waiting so long... my prawns tasted like it had sand in it as if it was not deveined... everything on my plate was ice cold and we forced ourselves to eat the food. I was seriously dissatisfied and we ended up spending and wasting more money when we left ocean basket in sea point. Our bill was about 500 and we ended up spending another 200 to buy food outside as we were left hungry and disappointed with the meals we had I sent half my food back

No stock of food?
<p>Last night my husband took me to ocean basket promonade mall. Our baby was with us. so i usually order butternut and spinache for the baby. I am not someone that complaints really. but this was just rediculous. I ordered the butternut and spinache for the baby and the watres came back to tell me that there was no butternut and spinache, at this point i was like so what does my abby have to eat? i had to send my husband to KFC to go and purchase mash and gravy for my baby to eat. I then ordered my food which had the calamari tubes and the squid heads. the watress came back to me to tell that there are no calamari tubes. which i said it is fine, she then went to the kitchen and she came back telling me that there are no squid heads as well.. i was like so what exactly do you guys have because i mean its ocean basket and use hardly have anything to serve to the customer's you are forcing us to order things which we dont really want to order. i had to change my entire order. i asked for grilled fish and my fish came back so hard and dry like it was made the morning and stood outside whole day. i always go to ocean basket in the VNA and i have never complained about the food or service but this was just beyond me. i told my husband lets just get done and leave because i dont feel like getting into it with managers as i was so tired coming from work and just wanting a good hearty meal from ocean basket. </p>

Fraud
This company takes your last..They debit my account 450 every month for something I did not agree to.. I applied for a loan which I was not even successful for. I told them I am not paying them for something I do not want or signed up for. They started sending me bulls and saying they are going to take further actions... actions for what? Something I didn't sign up for? I'm not rich I struggle.. my baby had no milk for a few days. I blocked them I want to sure them because if they are going to affect my credit bureau score I need help to this further please. Any help or advise would be highly apreciate. They will aaffect me tying to get a house one day. They are committing fraud and false adversiting.The thrive off people like myself who hardly makes endends meat. Please anyone help I have seen I am not the only person they are doing this to.

This company is giving false advertising. They are tricking people into giving banking details for a loan but when you agree to the terms and conditions which is for a loan then they enter you into an agreement for financial advise. I did not qualify for a loan and I did not fill in any papers but they started debiting my account. I'm not rich. I have a family to support. This is fraud. I need help they take 450 a month o advised them I do not want the service and the are handing me over for something I did not agree to or wanted. They trap the people and I believe I am not the first one. I hardly make ends meat and they do this to the people who are hardly surviving . I'm the only bread winner. ThatThat one they tale I need to buy my baby milk and diapers. I need help to take this further I want to sue them. Please anyone help.
