Make a mistake on your reference number and deal with *********** people as a result. I missed my dstv payment date and I immediately made payment after disconnection. I spoke with a lovely agent on Saturday the 18th and asked me to send her my POP, either as jpeg or pdf format, I chose the former. Sunday I was able to view my tv, no hassles, come Monday, I was disconnected again. At around 8am, I spoke with another lady, and she advised that I send my POP, to an proofofpayments account, which I do and attach my POP as an pdf this time. Their response was that I should have made my reference number as a subject line, but how was I supposed to know the format, I used payment allocation I'm my subject line, gave all of my information including id number and the customer ID number. Today on Tuesday I call to do a follow up, I was told that I have to reverse the payment I made to them and make it again as they can't find it on their system. But my POP is legit and they can verify it with my bank. I am so bored with dstv and I made a reversal request as suggested, but I won't be coming back 🤞🏿 maybe I'm sensitive but I felt like I was punished for using phrases like ' as soon as you can ' because they flagged it in their response to my email.
I would like to take the time to Thank Maritza from old mutual insure. Not only was she patient and empathetic, she was transparent and kept me updated on the process of the investigation at all times. I am happy to report that my grievances was resolved and I am a happy client😁😁
So I was in the market for car insurance and somehow Old Mutual got wind of it. I was pestered and pestered by them to migrate to them and they said that they will give me 15000 rewards point if they can’t beat my premium. Being already an Old Mutual customer , for a different product, I agreed to the free quote, and no surprises they couldn’t beat my premium. Now here’s why I am upset, when I was meant to be put through to claim my reward, the call disconnected. I called back and the only way to get help, I had to get another quote and of course, my call was disconnected again when it was time to process my reward. I called back and this time my calls were not answered, I sent them emails and luckily I met this sweet lady who escalated my matter to her superiors on an email which I was CC’d on and now it’s been 4 months without any communication from them. I wonder if I had agreed to take their policy, is this how my experience would be with them. I think I dodged a bullet here. My plea is, do not waste people’s time and lie to them, especially when you know that you will not honour your promises to them.
Hi I would like to thank the dstv team for making good on their promise, they made a mistake, were apologetic and they made me feel valued. I would like to report that I received my refund and I am now a happy camper. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the lovely lady who assisted me, but I appreciate her patience and understanding, I love how she assured and assisted me. Thank you for your speedily resolution 🙏🏿
If I could rate them any lower,I would. They purposely frustrate you in the hopes that you would give up. They employ ***********, brainless idiots to read off an idiotic script drawn by an equally *****ic supervisor. Last month on the 15th of October, I was double charged via debit order for 2 decoders. I immediately contacted them on their useless chat service, because their number doesn't work. I also contacted them on twitter and still no response there. I asked for the bogus decoder to be deactivated and get back my refund. 14 days passes by and for an hour we go through the same steps that brought me back here 1st encountered on the 15th of October. She told me that she still sees 2 decoders under my name and she will help me deactivate one of them🙄 what were we doing last month. She promised to escalate it further and no one is giving me straight answers on what happened, when will I get my refund. I am so frustrated and honestly I don't want dstv anymore. Should they try to debit again against my wishes, I will block and report them at my bank to have them blacklisted. For years I've been a loyal customer despite having a plate of 💩 as a thank you.
Mxm after my review on hello peter, I received an sms stating that my package will arrive in the next 48 hours, 72 hours later and nothing. I tried to cancel my order on shein but I was unsuccessful. The only help I received from was that I need to contact Buffalo logistics. I am over this and I urge you not to see either company.
I honestly hate this company, I don't understand why they are still in business. I paid all of my monies, I do not owe them anything. I ordered clothes from shein and also paid "additional taxes" I was promised that my clothes would be delivered 4 weeks ago. Every time when I enquire about my order, I get that my address was not correctly captured. It seems like they only update my address when I call them. Now they have the nerve to tell me that their Pretoria branch has issues and they don't know when I will receive my items. They even insinuated that I should come to their warehouse and pick my stuff up. Why would I do that, aren't they supposed to be a logistics company. I have never seen such mediocrity, unprofessional company like Buffalo before. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered my fnb card 3 weeks ago, till today I haven't received it. I literally called them every day of the week to enquire when will they deliver and they keep on saying the same thing "today" honestly I am tired of being taken for a fool. The call center of takealot, promise to call me with feedback but none of them do. Words can not explain how livid I am. I am disappointed with fnd and takealot. I don't understand why I still bank with them. I hate liars and I don't think that we can get passed this.
I would like to thank loom/King price insurance for the service they rendered to me. My experience was faultless and helpful. They were super nice and friendly, especially Juandrè Nortje. I can't thank them enough. As soon as I paid my excess fee, my device was delivered to me the next day.
Listen I know that I missed last months payment but that was because I find it difficult to get to a mall and pay my account. I gave them permission to do a ONCE off debit order and they called me twice to confirm. Come December I miss my payment date again, don't judge me I live on a farm but I planned to settle my account when I get back from my farm. I get an sms stating that I should pay my installment by the 1st of January next year to keep my healthy credit. On the 13th I get a bank notification that a debit order from truworths has gone through . I give them a call and they tell me that I have set up a monthly debit order and that was how they got my banking information. I explained to her that it was a one time arrangement and that it doesn't make any sense to debit during mid-month because that means that I am incurring more debt. She promised to get back to me after she has spoken to her supervisor and she never got back to me. After a week I called again and the lady told me that their system set up the debit order and she can't see who set it up in the 1st place. Again she promised to speak with her supervisor and get back to me but guess what dololo. I feel violated, they think that they can do as they please with my account. I am livid, I want to know who authorized the second debit order and they refuse to send me copies of the calls I made to them. As soon as I settle my account with truworths, I want nothing to do with them and I do not want to to receive any contact from them. They must remove me from their mailing list or database because they have lost a customer in me.
