I recently used services of Snyders Investigation and Security Agency and the service started off ok when I paid deposit but then after that I realized that their website is non existent and they were unable to provide any details to verify themselves. I asked for a refund and was ignored after that till today. Tried to contact Bark.com to no avail and im just now sitting here money gone and service offered. DO NOT USE Bark.com, its a ****.
Order delivery for 3rd Dec is not delivered on 6th Dec Online order details were - Delivery by Tuesday, 03 Dec, but till today its packed . Each step of the order i had to contact them by telephone for them to move to the next one, today they have been so busy i could not get ahold of anyone, so my order is stuck. I need compensation for this **** because i have had to but the stuff i ordered from other shops because i expected them to be here on the 3rd. Now I'm at the mercy of the shop to deliver and i have absolutely no idea when they will decide to do so. Well done for this horrible service Makro.

order MAK3838973 I'm really not sure if you guys can't read or you are just trying to avoid paying me back my R991. Mind you this order was split into 4 separate deliveries but I was not even bothered because of the exceptional service I always get but this time was a night mare. I received the wrong order and my order took way longer than what I was expecting from their turn around time. I really don't know why you asked me for my bank statement to show that you deducted R991 twice and then you show me R199 for the spray bottles. I want my refund for the money deducted on the 3rd September 2022. I made a purchase and paid for the full amount Of R991 on the 31st August and ofcos that order was messed up, but thats not the issue here. Go through my bank statement and send it to a superior who can read if you can't figure out my request. I have been trying to get a refund for almost a R1000 for a month now .... I wonder what type of incompetent people read and respond to these emails. If you get this and you don't understand call me on 071 899 6056 instead of answering me nonsense. I hope you will understand my irritability at this point but you guys are really messing around with me. Before anyone answers me they need to read my request and check my statement and also explain why I was debited on the 3rd September 2022 when my order was already paid for.

I had been declined in so many places for credit not knowing what the reason was, Millicent escalated the matter and gave prompt feedback and helped me to clear my Credit and also assisted processing my Loan.<br> <br> <br> She is so brilliant, sweet and it never seems as if you are bothering her, <br> This does not only apply to her , the whole Branch has given only the best service and i hope they continue to make Liberty staff as happy as i am .<br>
