I have bought 2 mitchums and both of them gels and whoah my armpits started smelling i have being using it for years not sure what you did to the product please undo it. Even tried the speedstick because worse
I called the credit card call center to close my credit card on the 26th of June, the lady adviced that i need to pay an additional R150 for the balance. I immediately transferred the amount from my Nedbank account. I asked if i need to call back to make sure that it was closed and the agent said no, i will receive sms's to confirm the insurance and other cancellations. To my surprise today i went into the app to see if the card is closed and it hasnt been closed yet. I am not willing to pay an additional amount to close it as i did my part. Whatever additional costs that are there i will not and am not willing to pay them as it was not my negligence.
Poor after sales I have done a referral as promised and advertised on the AD that i will get R1000, 2 solar panels as well as an airfryer. The guys for the solar panels came to install however have been following up on the airfryer and the R1000. I called on the 11/03 and was told it will be paid and follow will be done. Now every time I call they send me from pillar to post, some of the agents are telling me I need to call and remind them the following week when they are in the office because they are working from home. I called on the 25/02,11/03,28/03,31/03 and 07/04 I have been promised a call back but seems like no one cares. I'm so disappointed even doubting to refer other people now
If there was a negetive star i would have selected it. I was granted a bursary at work to go study and i went and enrolled everything was paid. At the end of the year when i had to get my final results then i saw that it says outstanding fees. I then call to enquire as there was an email sent after that which said i owe 7000 now i call to follow up. Rudely so i was transferred now the accounts lady says i owe more than that but she is not sure of the amount she will find out. A week later i send an email to find out whats happening that was on the 6/2/25 till date im waiting for confirmition. I need to pay that amount so that i can be able to enrol but there seems to be no sense of urgency nor care from their side. I wish i just went to another institution. Very fustrated!!
I am so upset right now with DSTV and the sales people that constantly register insurance policies on the DSTV account and that has resulted in the account being in arrears with R518. Last month I was not aware that the insurance had been registered I had to pay an additional amount. Today I was sent from pillar to post just to get a cancellation and a reversal. The first agent sent me back to Multichoice and the agent at Multichoice sent me back to the insurer. I now need to wait for 48 hours to be re-imbursed and am now inconvenienced because of this. I cant go pay an additional R500 for insurances i never registered for. customer number 23321232
I went and did an application online where i was approved with an amount of 65k, i was then requested to go the Boksburg branch to apply i then got there thd systems were offline. Then was adviced to go to the nearest branch. Upon getting there my fustration is i had to go print all documents whereas we trying to be a green environment, secondly i wait to be assisted whichi do patiently so. When the consultant gets to me she then takes my docs syarts processing everything. Point one she doesn't even look at the 3 month statement given to atleast get info, then i give all my expenses. To my surprise she tells me it declines. First question why? She says its because i put i mixed my name and surname online then i ask her to dispute she then says it declines because of credit, i go further and ask credit in what sense because my affordibility cannot be questioned i have a lot in surplus after paying my expenses. She then says aii calls someone else dont kniw if he us the manager he the says to me it might be itc. I say respond to him and said my itc score is 654 of 700 if i check with bureau worse i dont have judgements or anything. What irrirates me is that no formal answer is given why secondly is that no further dispute is taken maybe srnd an email to credit but i was told it is what it is i should just call credit bureau. For starters i work for the bank i would be aware if i have any judgements in my name i dont have any accounts in arrears instead i pay extra that would have been seen if my statement was looked at. And the attitude i was given because im asking questions was so not acceptable it is my right to ask why and be given a reason do that if there was an error then i would go start investigating. I have been your customer bought items with you paid them even before due time. Im so dissapointed and fustrated its not even funny.
I went to PEP store in Lakeside the one next to Sheet street to send via PAXI, I was then askes by the cashier Linda what was in the parcel. I then confirmed to her that it was African medication that was bubble wrapped and there is no way that it could get damaged. She then said to me that you only allowed to send clothes via PAXI and nothing else. What's surprising is that the terms clearly state that you are not allowed to send alcohol and/ or tobacco products, or any illegal items. I then decided go to the next PEP store around the corner where Carly and her team assisted me gladly so and told me the terms and conditions. What upsets me is the misinformation and think that customers do not read up on the terms and conditions of a certain offer. I had to waste time and go to another outlet because of incompetence.
On the 14th of February i went to Total N12 Petropoort north i was on my way to Witbank i then went to the bathroom i took less than 5 mins to get back to the car then i went to the forecourt to fill up. But I then noticed that my seat at the back was down so i filled up and left. When i got home i realised that my laptop bag was stolen. I called the store to please check the footage for me and was told that someone jammed my car and stole my laptop. What i find funny is i parked next to the convenience store and my boot was facing the busiest petrol pump when i left there were people still there. my question is how does this happen? are they part of the deal because i feel that there is no way one can have the guts to steal stuff next to the busiest place at the forecourt. my work laptop was stolen with critical information in there what are the security measures in that site. I am so disappointed and i do not think i will ever feel safe at any of your sites.
In May i received an SMS to renew my licence disc with 1st For Women , i then went online to do the renewal and i was told i will get it in 21days. Understanding we were on lockdown i then called in June to ask and i was told there was a backlog. I then gave them a week or so and still nothing i called 3 times and was told that they will confirm and call me back but still no call backs. I then called again today to be told they went and did a request for a vehicle that is not even insured with them, WHY?? I STILL DO NOT KNOW. Why offer a value added service if you are going to give me such run arounds?? Had i known i would have just gone straight to the licence department and done it myself.. I need feedback i am running out of time and i use my car to travel to work.
Talk about exceptional service... Titus from SASOL garage in Mckenzie park is awesome. I think he is a real brand ambossador, talk about cross selling very good at it. When i got to the garage i thought i will just get gas and leave but guess what i left with refreshments as well. How he pitched it was awesome, not like any other guy he didn't just give me the brochure to look but he told me about the exciting things they have in store , hahaha you could swear he has a target because of the passion he has. He is truelly a brand ambassodor... I promise you when i get up there i will come get him to work with me, with or without a qualification because the drive he has will take him places.
