Disgusting is not even the word. I have repeatedly been sms'd and received one email to repeatedly contact Mandy/Jerelene, I have sent multiple emails to email address's provided from the 7th June. I just receive emails advising me that they require me to make contact promptly but do not answer emails, I have also tried communicating on Whatsapp as per details they provided and also ignored. You getting paid to contact the clients to make payment arrangements. You are the worst law company I have ever had this misfortune of being contacted from. In all your responses to clients you are telling them to contact you to resolve complaint???? and with attitude. I have emailed and tried Whatsapp. I will try my best to see how to take my matter further as you did not contact me to discuss anything, respond to any of my multiple emails and you keep telling me to contact you. WORK!!!!!!!!!!!
I have always had excellent service and the past 3 loans have been horrible. I struggle to get assistance and I'll be asked for documents just before they close. Documents are sent. I will follow up early and they will say it's been processed and then hours later they want documents. Website says 3 hours not days. I am wanting this resolved an looked into as this is the 3rd time I'm experiencing this service.
I have dealt with boodle and always had excellent and quick service that was up until the last two months. I submitted a loan application on Friday the 31st May before at and to date I am still waiting for feedback and just get emails about high query volumes. It has always been quick. I am very unhappy with service received and have been a loyal client. I want and need urgent feedback.
I posted review on the 14th May and now I have to post again........ We are past the 20 business days and it still shows a dispute linked to my ID. I had sent a message on my other post yesterday and still no response. I was advised last week to give it 24 to 48 hours and now we on Tuesday the following week. REMOVE THE DISPUTE AGAINST MY ID ON MY EXPERIAN PROFILE
I took a temp loan with Fnb on the 5th Jan and repaid in full on the 24th Jan. I noticed it still shows owing and unpaid end of April so I sent a complaint to experian and fnb, fnb provided paid up letter and I forwarded to experian on the 22nd April. I have sent numerous emails requesting feedback on matter as it's an inconvenience to me and shows I have a dispute linked on my ID. I only received a email regarding the complaint being received and can take up to 20 business days to be resolved. We on the 16th businesses day and I have had no response to emails sent on the 22nd April, 29th April, 3rd May, 6th May, 7th May, 10th May and today the 14th. How can you just ignore clients? You have removed account showing paid last week or even week before but it still shows a dispute and I don't have feedback???? I want feedback and matter resolved. Why are you delaying and pushing for your full 20 business days? Disgusting service.....
I have been waiting for a week for a loan. I have made previous loans with ease and everything done on website. I have uploaded statements automatically on webite and emailed statements to Brandon. I have also sent details to Rachel. I will get a response with no help and telling me of the increase queries they have. SORT IT OUT. I HAVE CALLED AND NO ON ANSWERS, NO HELP!
I have two accounts with finchoice, a 6 month and a 3 month account. Unfortunately my 6 month account debit did not go off and I requested it go off but they had put both accounts in arrears showing incorrect amount so I couldn't wait for matter to be resolved and ended up paying 15 days later. Payment was made and the other two debit orders for both accounts were successful. Since Jan it shows both my accounts are in arrears, I have emailed many times and been informed my accounts are not in arrears, I KNOW THAT! I have requested they correct and say they can't do that yet they corrected the first time and then place both my accounts in arrears since Jan, without even reading my query they say I don't have a loan available which I did not ask for, I asked for my accounts to show as they are UP TO DATE! FIX IT I don't want stories and different answers. FIX IT. You hound for one payment and ignore clients! Horrible service. I will go further if not fixed!
Times are hard and when In need of financial relief with an overdraft, I checked offers for me and selected overdraft on fnb app which was all green meaning I could be approved and all I had to was upgrade to premier debit, so I did..... Only to get card and see I can't apply for an overdraft, nice false advertising, good way of getting more money on your side. Anyway I then saw I could go into a minus of 2000 a month but was charged major unpaid fees close to 1000 but can't get overdraft. My card is now declining. Your agents disconnected me the entire time when needing assistance. Pathetic. I would rather take business to a bank who is serious about clients and wishes to provide services they offer and not lie!!!!
Disgusting!!!!! I will Def be moving mh y business elsewhere! Absolutely disgusting! Vomit! 4000 gone from my account. Spoke to two agents stating system down so can't help.... What??? Called again and spoke to thabiso mofokeng whatever! He spoke over me and said he will put call down on me? No swearing🤔no treating language? I work in customer service and I'm appalled. I will be findin a new bank, fraud and no superior or management just over ego people on other side working from home. Fnb can't help with fraud. My lines also recorded. I called. 5 times and agents talking and laughing and hang up but i have a serious situation of theft 4000 gone from my account. Pathetic company, looks like you can rob when system down. I have all recordings, thabiso mofokeng and olga? **** that. All payments made no defamation, no outstanding payments, yet fraud is the way to go. I will be closing account. I want my money that was stolen and then goodbye.
I sent a complaint via email on the 13th March and all I have gotten since then is a email with a Ref number....... I have sent follow up emails and I have had no contact (email, phone call, message NOTHING!!!!!!) DISGUSTING SERVICE. I WANT MY COMPLAINT TO BE INVESTIGATED AND I WANT AN ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!! you can not reverse a debit due to "no funds" and then charge me an unpaid fee and then the debit goes off successful on the same day!!!! as per my statement I receive from FNB, there were more than enough funds available for my debit order!!! So I have "NO" funds but you take the unpaid fee and my debit goes through??????????????? WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????
