I want to withdraw my money, I contacted them on WhatsApp and on their land line, they don't respond
I sent them my documents for verification, still not approved, and I want to withdraw
They fail to assist me, I am not able to buy voice minutes, I have an urgent situation
They debit my account but my car is not covered, how is this possible. I want my money back
I have a contract with them, now I want to cancel this contract because it has come to an end but they make it very difficult for me, because I have been on the line for the past 15 minutes without any help. I really need to cancel the contract
They don't want to close my account I sent them emails several times
Takealot is not customer centric. I bought some products from them, and they failed to deliver the products to my home address. I asked that they refund me, even now I am still waiting. This is the worse service I have ever received😞
I had a contract with them, I finished paying my contract, so they continued debiting my bank account,and they said I did not close my account. Right they said to me I owe them R227,they refered the matter to their attorneys VVM, the attorney contacted me everyday threatening to blacklist me, I ended up paying R280, of which they did not update on their system. I have all proof of payments. This is very sad.
I finished paying my Cell C contract and it was canceled but Cell C is still sending statements
