I made an enquiry long time ago in January about the interest I was charged in December being extra by 3000 rand . Even worse after I transferred an extra R10000 and there was a rate change.
The delivery was very fast and within a day of making the order.Great customer service ,refund was processed before I even received the order for 1 item they didn’t have in stock. Packaged nicely wrapped as well.Great service from the delivery person
I submitted my form 6 days ago for a refund but until today no response except the automated response
I reported pending *****ulent transactions in December while I had my card with me,instead of Fnb acting immediately they finalised the transactions.They have not got back to me or returned my money. If I don’t get my money back ,I will move my loans to other banks and close the account.I trusted Fnb with my salary
Used to hear of Pep money withdrawals ****s till it happened to me. Went to withdraw but never got my money. When i went to atm ,the voucher is not there
I used to hear of instant money ****s not getting your money till it happened to me,i registered and checked the money before going to the mall,the voucher was there.Went to Pep parow centre assisted by Dineo . She said the voucher is not going through and tried again,went through and put pin.a slip came out with error 6. .she said i must go to the atm,when i get there the atm says no voucher on this number

Good day I just got a call from Lutho,Postnet Dundee. She is rude,abuses the power of handling peoples parcels. This is how the conversation went ' Lutho: Not sure if i pronounce your name correctly. Says an incorrect name Me: Why are you calling people you dont know ?(thinking ****s) Her: i am calling from Postnet dundee,regarding parcel from .. .theres a lot of parcels here ,i will shift it aside if you dont want to talk. Me: please dont use emotional ********* Lutho : Goes on to threaten to move to other parcels Me: i asked her we confirm information Lutho: drops call Please hire people who are mature,professional and who wont bring their egos to work.
It's been a month since I have been asking matrix to install a tracker on my car,I only received a reference number and no service. Yet I cancelled my subscription before because of this poor customer service.
On the 8 May 2023 ,I ordered kfc on the app and order was confirmed for delivery. We went outside to wait for the bike ,a bike passed then after got a message that said food delivered yet he never gave us the food. I called customer service immediately and they said they will escalate but till this day no response. I filled the survey and reported.
