Appalling business banking service
I have been with Nedbank from 2020 at first the business banker that was assigned to me was the worst Sandri Strauss would just ignore my calls and never get back to me,she would give me attitude and never advise even on the package that was given to me. I then called H/O and asked them to change my business banker little did I know…I was then assigned Mr Kamogelo Padi time went by and I told him am paying a lot of money on banking charges he just ignored me and sent me the pay as u use fee structure I tried getting ahold of him the whole of Dec to no avail just sent me an email in Jan telling me he left for another branch, I should call zanembeko I called him but he always says he will get back to me . I currently don’t have a business bank when I call H/O they take me from pillar to post all I wanted was to change my business banking package, I even called the regional manager Casey and she said Zano would get back to me to date am still waiting. The kind of bad service am getting from Nedbank prompts me to change a bank

Disappointing service
Horrible service, I stood by the counter with no one to help me , when a certain client screamed for a whole 5 min they came with an attitude. Then they used old rotten garnish

Appalling service
I went to Capitec bank Tower mall branch and for the first time I received appalling service from a customer-centric bank like Capitec . I went to the bank in the afternoon (01/04/21) there where no customers I had a ticket in hand no one was calling me, there where two consultants at the teller side having a time of their lives talking to each other and on their phones. I went to the cashier side and asked them to call my ticket, they did but continued conversing and looking at each other and concentrating on the phone ,the other 1 had no mask or face shield and no name badges . The kind of service i received was painfully disappointing ,I had to ask for the manager unfortunately he was not around, I then had to ask the ladies for their names Refilwe and Naledi.

Exceptional service
There is a security officer by the name of Thabang Mokwena who always gives exceptional service ,he goes over and beyond even when one asks for assistance in the store he never says that's not his field. Thank you clicks Matlosana Mall for this kind man !!! His hospitality is on steriods. I went to the store on the 6th April 2021

Worst service
Nedbank is the worst in terms of service, their business bank is no different from their other divisions. I got to the bank 5 consultant empty, 3 assisting clients & only 4 clients in the bank it took 15min to get assistance. Consultant with no name badge, did not talk or smile how am I suppose to continue doing business with a bank that treats me like this?

Taking advantage of a poor blind woman
Pick n pay clothing Mahikeng robbed my blind mother, my mother went there to buy clothes she then returned them to the store as they were small she exchanged them for a bigger size. She then bought an additional dress & the cashier did not put the newly paid for dress in the shopping bags, my mother then went back to the store the next day the cashier then took all my moms receipts & went to the back, my mother couldn't separate the receipts the cashier then denied taking the receipts & claimed my mother has them & the footage they claimed to have sent was a disaster. Pick n pay this is absurd, am disappointed really robbing a poor blind woman & making her take 2 taxi's back & forth 3 times just to make a fool out of her & her disability. #BlackFriday

Good Samaritan
I would like to thank the owner of Glasfit klerksdorp N12 for being very kind & helpful even to strangers not even in his store. Today my parents where driving a bakkie & with a trailer, he (owner) crossed the road to assist as he could see they we struggling. Thank u very much for the love u have shown us. Thank u for being a good Samaritan

Issue resolved
