The staff at king pie the groove in Pretoria is cheating customers their points when they buy,I bought a meal on the 3rd of March 2023 at king pie the lady who was on the till pretended to award me with my points but nothing came through till this day. She doesn't even ask if we registered for thise points she just chats with her colleagues as if we customers are not even there she is rude as hell. I just forget yo take her name down.
Hi, i bought a Rhods apple and cranberry juice at shoprite in attlyn mall at atteridgeville on the 13/08/2022 and I found something weird inside the juice it's like a used pad or something and the juice also smells bad 👎,however I still have the juice at home not sure if I should return it to shoprite or what but hey its bad and I wish I could send the photos of that juice as I took pics cause I opened it and poured it in a container to see exactly what it is thats is inside the juice but still I don't know what it is.
Chicken licken has a tendency of not give back our 10 cents or 20 cents change when we buy with cash and I would like to know as to where that money is going? And not only Chicken licken also pick & pay and shoprite cashiers are stealing our 10 cents and 20 cents how will we be rich if we keep making this stores rich?.. actually I think its all the stores.
Chicken licken in Maunde mall in attridgeville is selling old chicken that is about to rot that is highly unacceptable and they are stingy with the wings they will give you bird wings and not only in maunde all the chicken licken they give us bird wings and thats not what we paid for we are paying for chicken wings not bird wings please come on guys and the salt is too much we want hot wings not salty wing or salty meat take it easy on the salty if its hot we want hot please.
I bought a cake at belem in PTA CBD, I wanted a chocolate cake instead they gave me sponge cake that is made of cocoa. And I was charged R620 rand for that. The cake was not nice

Kindly note that I have a contract with vodacom which ended in May 2020, I called the vodacom helpline numerous times to get it cancelled but they have not done so. Please assist, on the 2nd of may the lady i spoke to I forget her name and she didn't cancel the contract but gave me a reference number not explaining what to do with it. And on the 07/06/2020 I called again spoke to jenel govendor she said she's gonna send the details to the suport team and they will get back to me but she hasn't done it. I called again on the 20/06/2020 spoke to annalie she refused to give me her surname and she said she will send an email to jenel govendor for her to call me back and jenel didn't call me back. So I kept on calling vodacom helpline numerous times but no one was assisting me,I spoke to few people which they will hang up on me and yes I was furious cause they kept telling me that they will look into it or will get someone to call you back which no one has done that and on the 11/07/2020 14:32 I called and spoke to sandra explained everything to her she also said she will send emails to the so called support team and I told her that I'm tired of them telling me the same thing over and over cause I'm not getting an answer or calls from anyone at vodacom to close this account and she is one of the people that hunged up on me while talking to her, all I'm getting is a call saying I must make arrangements to pay my account. My complaint is I cannot pay for the account which I called in time to be canceled but non was done, now I'm told that I'm in arrears for the mistake that was done by vodacom employer's. I have not used the 2 months data that was granted to me from June and July. Please assist in resolving this issue.
Good morning,<br> yesterday around 11:00 at mr price deenneboom/denlyn i was insulted by the cashiers boyfriend,was on the cue wating to be helped and the cashier by the name of zaza was busy firting with her boyfriend while on duty and when i started to complaining the boyfriend called me a biatch and told me to shut up, i was so emotionally hurt and no one did anything about it so is the manager.i spent plus minus R2000.00 and want a refund ,cashier at mr price denlyn have attitudes and arrogant towards customer and this is not the first time it happens to me so im am sick ant tired of the service we as customer get at mr price denlyn..if this is how we customers get treated then today im gonna return the clothes that i bought yesterdays and im no longer gonna shop at mr price cause the service is bad..
