My son finished a tree year course at CTU last yera and is unable to obtain transcripts from them. We have been to their offices multiple time with no luck and no explanation as to why it is not available.For One of his asignments that had to be submitted in October he is still not able to obtain his score.
No Internet since Saturday today is Monday. Incompetent staff tell you that according to them we have internet. This after we logged a call earlier Monday morning and it is now 14:00.
Here we go again Friday 13:00 and we are off again. NO INTERNET SERVICE. There seems to be no customer service for their clients. CAN NOT WORK AND KIDS MISSING ONLINE CLASSES.
We have a 8 Mbps download contract with them but almost never get the download speed that we pay for. Various calls has up to now never fixed the problem. Download speed goes down to 0.5 or even less. If not for the fact that where I live on a small holding there are no other service providers I would leave.
On the 22 August 2019 I received 4 sms's in succession that online purchases have been made for R375.81, R510.76, R623.50 and R430.39 from the same vendor in quick succession. before the final sms I had phoned Capitec to report this and during this call the last sms came thru. There was also about a week before 4 transactions for R0.14 each on my account which I only noticed then while looking at my bank statement. During my call to Capitec I stopped my card ant they informed me that they will investigate the matter and I should get feedback within 7 working days. After a week I phoned Capitec to follow up upon which they told me that my query was accepted but no feedback has been received yet. 2 Weeks later I phoned them again with the same replay from Capitec. 3 Weeks later I received the same reply that there has been no feedback yet. By now it has been 4 week and 19 working days since someone stole almost R2000.00 from my Capitec account and I have not had 1 phone call or even a sms from Capitec to give me feedback on the matter. I believe that there must be a problem with Capitec' security protocols since I did not get any sms confirmation request from Capitec, as what would normally happen when I do an online purchase for any of the fraudulent transactions. I also think that there service handling this matter is appalling and just shows me that I is not the customers Interest that is their 1st priority and that they seem to be incapable of preventing this find of theft from a Capitec account. It seams that my money would be safer with a different Bank.
I bought a 1000w pure sine wave inverter for R3500 from Solar man Silverlake in Jan 2019. I had been using it for a month drawing about 300w max from it when 1 day it just stopped working. I returned it to them and they confirmed that it has a warranty, it has been 2 months nowl and after weekly going to the shop to enquire about the inverter and being told every time that they have been too busy to look at it I truly believe that it is some of the worst customer service you can find. I am contemplating legal action to try and get some response from them.
I ordered 2 x new S10 plus phones from vodacom business online on the 25 Feb 2019 after 2 weeks on 8 March I cancelled the upgrades due to the fact that the phones was never delivered. Ram couriers informed me that they had send the phones back since they could not contact me for delivery, the phone number they provided me with was not mine. It is now the 24 March and as yet they have not reversed the upgrage despite the fact that the said 3 to 5 days for the reversal and numerous phone calls. Even asking for a supervisor at customer care is denied when you phone them and all they tell you is that they can do nothing. I really think that Vodacom is becoming as useless as everything else when it comes to services and customer satisfaction. I do not believe that they really care about their customers and only see us as an income generaror.
After making a reservation for a rental car in Paarl Cape Town Thru CarTrawler in which they took an advanced payment of R798.43 from my debit card over the internet the car hire company Budget car hire in Paarl refused to accept my card as the card number is not embossed. I therefore did not cancel my booking but it was cancelled by the supplier. CarTwraler only answer is below. So I have spent almost R800.00 and received no service of any kind from anyone. I think CarTwraler is an absolute scam and it is a lot better renting from car rental companies direct as this would not have happen because there would have been no pre payment of any kind.
