My complaint on Hello Peter was attended by Dean, he gave me a number to call and told me there is an option that will resolve my problem, today I am seating with a price plan which I can't change, 😭😭😢😢 he must call me to resolve this mess
I want to give a compliment to Nokuthula VodaPay App Contact Centre She seem to be the only one at Vodacom who understands customer centricity though she could help me, I wish she could though Big Ups Nokuthula keep up the good work I wish my problem could be solved soon because I won't be talking to helpful people like you at Vodacom anytime soon
I once was able to buy LTE Data offering via my banking app, for some reason I am now unable to. I tried engaging with them on X, after going back and forth sending them screen shorts, they started asking me questions to check if I am the right owner of the cell number, I mean something they were supposed to start with Now I send screen shorts of my last recharge and advance I took, for some reason that was not the right answer. My problem is that I have been talking to them on X for a very long time on different issues including this current issue As a result they can't help, I mean why not authenticate with my Rica information then
This company give our details to another company called ONAIR to sell a product to us. DStv later sell the same product at a more reasonable price while we are already locked in a 24months contract with this other company. now they charged me R180 cancellation fee of an error which was immediately corrected same day in few minutes. DStv will anything to make money, it is really for the rich who don't mind
I have a bank balance discrepancy complaint which I am now convinced maybe because of the amount I am not taken serious, my concern is what will happen if it was really a lot of money

<p>I would like to compliment a Lady called Manaaka, she is very customer centric, she focuses on the solution and not the problem. I must say I always have a fight with retail stuff because I'm always made to feel I'm black and that I can be argued with. Staff would always want to prove me wrong as a customer and not explain properly why something can't be done. Manaaka is an asset in your company and I would give her a job anytime should there be an opening where I work.</p>
Three months back I tried to open an Estate Late bank account from other three banks they couldn't't do it because my grandfather past away in 1980. She said there must be away to do it. She sent it to IT. during that period she kept me informed until the matter was resolved. Yesterday I spent four hour in the bank about something else, she was not there she contacted me today with so much concern. We spoke about the matter and I felt this is the bank to work with. She is a start. It is people like her that we keep recommending your bank
