Good day I had bought Savanna 12 at Tops at Spar Westpark on Saturday 10 January ,it was on special for R190 , I bought through Spar2u , I bought at 17:57 and by 18:27 my order was picked up , by 19:56 I received a call from Tops at Spar Westpark to come and pick up my order ,. It was 4 minutes before they close and I stay 15mins away from that tops , they told me they can’t deliver but I told them the order shows that I was picked up an hour ago , they told me I should cancel my Order on my side , I told them I don’t have a cancellation option , they went ahead and cancel the order at 20:20 , since the order was cancelled I haven’t receive my R209 ,on my bank statement is showing pending , I sent an email to my bank and they told me they need a formal letter from Spar to release the funds , I have been communicating with several people on email and whatsapp from spar that is not assisting me the person who has been useless is Shireece Somiah, a customer care advisor who doesn’t care about customers , I have sent her an email from Capitec on what they require to release the funds , she didn’t respond to me , also the lady from Tops at Spar Westpark Charmaine she is very ******** she is just sending me useless whatsapp I also sent her a screenshot of what Capitec requires to release the money back to my account . I need my MONEY Today
I ordered food at 20:42 at 20:45 i cancelled as I received a call from my husband that he bought food somewhere else , the delivery time was in the next 40minutes and am charged 100% cancellation fee? A day light ******* , obviously the restaurant hasn’t started papering in 3minutes , I need my money or don’t cancel order
I bought clothes online on their website before I register account , I made payment online on their website ,money went out of my account but their websites show payment failed , I have a proof of payment but the clothing junction is not helping .. long reference is the reference on my proof of payment Raesetja at their sales & marketing team is not helping she is just quite , I sent an email on Monday 28 July no response until this day which is a week later

I am not happy with old mutual , it has been over a month for them processing my vehicle claim , the car has been written off , they asked for all the documents and I provided them with the documents , they also requested for vehicle registration certificate as I own the vehicle , 2 or 3 days after the certificate was collected from me they phoned to advise me that the car that had the certificate was hijacked so they will send me email regarding the payment of 80% and 20% , They said they will pay 80% while waiting for the duplicate certificate and 20% will be paid once they have the duplicate , I did not agree to it , I told them I need full payment as I need to buy another car as the car is important for my family , after that they said they are waiting for SIU report , it has been over two weeks waiting for the SIU report and what worriers me is that they told me about the 80/20% payout and the story changed to SIU report , they gave me a false hope Claim number 124280653

I bought a small plastic bag to send a parcel at Pep store 6159 (Sunnypark Mall ) so the cashier told me that the plastic is small for my parcel so i told him that i sent the very same parcel with the same plastic few weeks back then he sold it to me , when i was putting my parcel inside the plastic the plastic got torn so the stuff who was helping me said she cant take the parcel as the plastic is torn then everyone in the store got gang up on me that i was told the plastic is small , i told them i did not force the parcel inside the plastic so i need my refund , they said there is no refund , the closed the store doors at 16:00 when they are closing at 17:00 , i stood there for more than 50 minutes without any help even the manager ( suzan nkwana ) didnt bother to come with a solution , i was very dissapointed , i need my R60 refund or the parcel to be sent , i even showed them the same parcel that i sent few weeks back with the same small plastic i bought ....parcel number D530200748313 but it was not scanned as i was not help , my customer is waiting for their parcel , looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible
I paid R6000 deposit when i move in at Mazabuka 813 ,ref-146126 ,when i move out 01 Feb ,my deposit wasnt paid back ,i was told that i will be charged R250 for breaking the policy of notice , i sent 23days notice instead of 30days , i had to move out urgently as i was relocating to johannesburg . I filled up the deposit forms and send it back to them and i have email confirming that am moving out , the rent was R4025 so if they are charging me for late notice i want to know where is the rest of the money
ON THE 7TH OF JANUARY 2016 I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH HUURKOR FOR A BACHELOR FLAT AT PARK VILLA FLAT , I WENT TO VIEW THE FLAT AND I LIKED IT , AFTER VIEWING THE FLAT THAT IS WHERE I SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND I PAID THE RENT AND DEPOSIT OF R8030 BUT I TOLD THE SALES LADY REBECCA THAT THE BEDROOM DOOR IS A SCRAP , SHE ASSURE ME THAT WHEN I MOVE IN EVERYTHING WILL BE IN ORDER AS I TOLD HER ABOUT THE DIRTINESS OF THE FLAT , WHEN I MOVED IN ON THE 1ST OF FEBRUARY 2016 THE STOVE WASN'T WORKING AND THE BEDROOM DOOR ALSO IS STILL A SCRAP , I RETURNED THE CHECKLIST FORM AND STILL THEY DID NOT COME AND FIX , I PHONED THEM , I SPOKE TO CORINE SHE TOLD ME THAT THE OWNER NEEDS TO SIGN FOR IT SO THAT THEY CAN COME AND FIX IT AFTER 2 WEEKS I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A TECHNICIAN HE CAME AND HE SAID THE STOVE IS NOT FIXABLE IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED FROM THEN UNTIL TODAY I DON'T COOK AS I DONT HAVE A STOVE , WHEN IS SPEAK TO CORINE SHE TOLD ME THAT THE OWNER IS NOT READY TO CHANGE THE STOVE AND IT IS MY 2ND MONTH STAYING THERE WITHOUT COOKING AND THE DOOR IS STILL NOT CHANGED ALSO. AM SLEEPING WITH THE DOOR OPENED AND AM EATING TAKEAWAY THAT I DONT EVEN AFFORD TO BUY AS I DONT HAVE STOVE BUT AM PAYING RENT
