Worst experience ever so I did a cash send for my mom on the 25th of February 2023 and normally the receiver needs to get an SMS so she can get the pin and take out the cash send and in this case my mom never received any SMS from Absa on the 27th I send then an email to inform them and they still haven't responded we heading to 2 weeks now. My question is do I always need to suffer when it comes to Absa bear in mind this is not the first time, I experience such with this bank. If you want to bank with Absa, do it at your own risk.
I used Bolt today and there a driver called Elvis Lunga driving a Hyundai I10 and I requested to go to Dlushana Street and I told him that I am picking up a child and coming back and he told me I need to add the ride and I said to him yesterday the 1st of November 2022 I requested uber and I have never received such feedback and he told me it's always been like that I don't know if he was hungry for money or if he didn't make his commission today but I will never pay twice for one trip I will never hes stupid, hes foolish, hes an idiot and full of nonsense
I made as cash send on the 29th of September 2022 for my mom of R1800 and R700 and she only got the one for R700 the one for R1800 she still hasn't received it I called ABSA on the 30th of September I was told to email cash send enquiries and I did that till today I haven't received a response form them I was told it takes 3-4 working days to investigate it's a week not and no one has said anything to me I WANT MY MONEY BACK
In August I contacted Finglobal to assist me with debt review and they called me and they assisted me as I needed more information (enquiry) After a few weeks I was sent the forms of which I never signed and I told them to put that on hold and on the 27th of September 2022 they are harrasing me to pay for something that I didn't sign up for on whatsapp a colored lady kept telling me that even if I take them to ombudsman she's fine with that as I made them do all the paperwork and now refusing to pay, that colored was rude and I told her am canceling the service instead of her telling me how much cancelation fee is she says I can cancel I must pay She's even refusing to give me her name am chatting to someone that I don't even know Now I want nothing to do with this service provider they must stop calling me
FNB paid my dads girlfriend when my mom is the beneficiary, i need answers and ASAP

On the 18th of February last year i took my daughter to Dr Omarjee and i was told that my medical aid has problems i need to pay cash then i did because my daughter was sick and i needed her to feel better then i was told i need to send POP with ICD code and i did, did i get my R900 refund no i didn't on the 14th of April 2021 i spoke to Junior i advised her i need to see a specialist as my daughter if sick and medication i received from the previous doctor is not helping shes getting worse she told me i must give the doctor the specialist authorization number and that i can go see the doctor i asked her if she's sure she said yes i can go there today the 15th of April i went to the doctor then i told them my medical aid said i must give them this number they then called Medshield and spoke to a certain urgent and that urgent advised i need a referral letter from my GP i then came back home to call the medical aid spoke to Eva she advised i don't need a referral letter note that the DR closes at 4pm the doctor is closed now what do i do?????? Must i bring my daughter to MEDSHEILD OFFICES FOR YOU TO SEE WHAT I HAVE TO DEAL WITH ALL NIGHT I spoke to Yolanda and she assisted me however i must say i am disappointed in that agent and i want her fired or given a warning, she cannot say what she wants in her mind without checking on her system
I placed my order with Mr Delivery at 10:20 and was supposed to be delivered at 11:05 i was called by some lady and ,u order is still not here I am hungry, pregnant, angry and disgusted by such service that i have ever received i always use this service but today i have decided using them after the disappointment lastly i want my money back since your driver failed to deliver
