I honestly wish I had checked the reviews before ordering online. The service is appalling the courier Aramex is *********** and when I follow up with the Old School team they keep asking for my contact details ,but no one calls you to follow up on your complaint and they keep changing people who are handling the case. I could’ve gone to the physical branch to buy and I would have my jersey. How can it 10 days to delivery a small package. They need to get their store and partnership in order because it will take another 10 days for refund…

I rented a car on the 29th of September 2023.I swiped my card at the Down town dealership (branch)there was an error which separated the holding funds R8245.82. &R15200. I returned the car on 02/10/2023 signed the agreement and the rental difference was returned for the R8245.82. I checked the balance and the R15200 was not released. I’ve been calling trying to resolve the matter but I’m not winning. I’ve made calls to their customer service department and complaints but I’m not winning my funds are still on hold. I’m really disappointed with the way I’m being treated. I feel helpless
I placed an order on the Nandos app at 9:38 am today and received confirmation sms stating that my food will be delivered at 10:50 am. I waited until 11:10 to enquire about my delayed delivery. Their phone lines weren’t working then I kept on trying eventually got through and spoke to some gentleman who promised to follow up on the driver and call me back. I waited until I made alternative arrangements for myself. The delivery got to my work place at 12:15. I followed the correct complaints channels but did not get any response. Nandos Panorama should make up their mind if they want to do business or not. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate. We could have died of hunger
I would like to commend the staff at Toys r us The Glen for the exceptional service I received on Saturday 13/08/2022. A gentleman assisted me to get a gift for a colleague and organised a trolley for me when he realised that the gift is too heavy for me. Thereafter I waited in line to wrap my gift but the wrapping station was occupied; the cashier offered to wrap the gift for me… was really impressed with their service, I felt like a Queen … Guys keep up the good work!
Had an awesome experience on Friday at the Spa even though I was 30 minutes late for my appointment. Nthabeleng called to check up on me and made me feel important upon arrival and Princess really has magic hands and understood my body…keep it up ladies. Coming back for more treatments
