My trimmer was delivered on the 3rd of July and I immediately made use of it for the first time. I suffered irritation after the first use. Attempted cutting my hair again after a week and I still suffered more skin irritation - clearly this trimmer does not work for me. I have since been trying to get hold of Scapegear through 3 emails with the intention of returning the trimmer and a refund for it however, my emails have not been responded to.
I lodged a claim with the company on the 6th of November 2024 after my security system was struck by lightning. Today is the 22nd of November, each time I follow up, i am told that my case has been moved to another consultant without any formal communication/resolution - all requested info was submitted. No one wants to account thus the thousand stories from all consultants and managers are non-existent.
Impeccable service by Susanne Adler, the entire process was handled with little effort from my side. Bonus of it all was a discount on registration fees.
I had requested for a quotation to move my car from Mthatha to Durban - Mr Cheap Transport responded. I was allocated a consultant by the name of Shirley Shoba who requested that I make payment prior to my item being collected which I did. The item was meant to be collected from me, it is now a week later and the item is still not collected. Company staff are not picking up my phone calls, not responding to emails and company refuses to refund me my money. Mr Cheap Transport is full of crooks!
This is the 5th report-Telkom Mobile (Thulani Mokoena) does not want to cancel my contract and yet l am without a phone. Telkom has been telling me that the matter is being handled but there's no response and I continue to pay their subscription. Cancellation forms have been sent to Thulani from December 2015, three times with emails reminding him to action these but he's keeping quiet while I suffer. This is what happens when you appoint people that are not ready to head departments.
I have been trying to cancel my contract since December 2016. Telkom has given me the run around and no one wants to do their job including managers. I've complained on this website more than three times and still nothing. I'm cancelling my contract because I was given a faulty phone and it gave me problems within three days, this phone was not replaced instead it was repaired and still came back not working. I've been made a fool-sent back and forth between Telkom and Sell Direct. Thulani Mokoena (Retentions Dept Manager) has been sent tons of emails by Meshan Naaido (Call Center Manager) with no response from Thulani. I'm tired of dealing with irresponsible and incompetent managers with no roles/responsibilities. I need my contract cancelled and your phone is still packed and ready for collection.
My query remains unresolved. Contract phone was delivered by Sell Direct on the 8th Jan 2016, the phone is still not working. Same day the 8th I then took it to a Telkom store in Pavillion, Durban. The manager-Vernon and a technician had a look at it, it does not even switch on. The manager suggested they book it in for repairs again (I only used the phone for three days since the upgrade and after that it was taken for repairs). I can't pay for a phone only to sit with repairs whilst I'm in need of a phone. Telkom mobile has failed me, they have not kept their side of the deal. The involvement of a third party (Sell Direct) has resulted in Telkom ceding responsibility and accountability forgetting that my contract is with them not with Sell Direct. Because of these issues I want to cancel my contract upgrade-cellphone is packed and ready for courier collection. I will not be liable for any penalties simply because Telkom mobile is in breach of our contract. I sent the very same email to Vernon(Pavillion Manager)-with the intention to cancel my contract as he could not help me. He acknowledged receiving the email and promised to forward it to the relevant people.
I was due for an upgrade in October 2015 and I kept receiving phone calls from a 021 number (wanting me to upgrade over the phone). I upgraded and the phone was delivered to my workplace on 30 November 2015. On 2 December the phone was overheating, freezing, once switched off it wouldn't come back on and I took it to a telkom store in Pavillion, Durban. The store refused to assist as I was told that I got the phone from a subcontractor-Sell Direct and I need to contact them myself. I called them and they collected the phone and said it would be ready within 10 days. Phone was collected on the 8th of December 2015, until today I still don't have a phone and nobody wants to be accountable. I'm sent back and forth between sell direct and telkom mobile, as far as I'm concerned I have a contract with Telkom Mobile and not with their third party (Sell Direct). I've lodged more than 5 cases in one month with no resolution to my case. I want to terminate my contract but I'm told that I will be liable for penalties for a phone I don't have. Call center cannot help me and I've had it with this company. No one wants to account and my bill has a data add on which I did not sign up for.
I secured a Kariba Couch in September 2015 and this order was to be delivered to my flat on 01 November 2015. Delivery happened on the 1st but the couch was too big to turn on its way to my door and the delivery guys had to take it back to the warehouse. On the 2nd of November I went to the shop to look for something smaller but could not find anything I liked. I filled in forms for a refund same time because I needed a couch urgently, I was informed that 10% handling fees would be withheld and we calculated how much I was supposed to get back and I gave a go ahead for the refund. Today is the 25th of November 2015, I have been calling the Springfield Branch everyday but only to be given the run around, these are my costs and Coricraft will not pay me. Every time I phone I am told that payment has been made but they refuse to send me a proof of payment and the money does not reflect on my account because payment was not done.<br> <br> Kindly assist with this, It is over 3 weeks and I want my money back in my account asap as I do not owe Coricraft.<br> <br> <br>
