Pathetic service!! I ordered an upholstered bench/chair from takealot. When the item arrived, I wasn’t happy with it. I closed it up back in its original packaging with the set of gold legs included. And sent it back with the courier. Takealot said the gold legs are missing once it reached them! They made it my fault saying I didn’t give the gold legs which is ridiculous. They didn’t reply promptly or try to resolve the matter. Now they want to send the bench back to me, what must I do with a bench without legs! Takealot has been negligent and misplaced the gold legs as it was wrapped in the parcel. I will not accept this!!!
Jarryds sea point vape town. manager came to take my order. He came so close to me, literally invading my personal space, his head was literally in my face, as he is speaking to me, he is spitting and talking. The saliva is flying into my face which is disgusting and unhygienic. I politely told him to back away and speak from a distance. He told me bluntly and rudely to GET OUT OF HIS RESTAURANT. HE WILL NOT SERVE ME, I should get up and leave. What level of disrespect is that! I’m so offended and INSULTED BY THE SERVICE.
Coco safar v&a Cape Town. The lady named Margaret was absolutely rude and unhelpful once I was already seated. NO MENUS GIVEN UNTIL MUCH LATER. No help from waiters to place order. Took them over an hour to take my order. Took them another 1hour to tell me that there’s no soup anymore (sold out) so time wasted. Croissant was HARD, COLD AND DISTASTEFUL. OVERALL EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE THE SEA POUNT VENUE HAD BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY.
An incident occurred at OR Thambo Nandos, I received and incorrect order twice, thereafter waited 20minutes for the manager to speak to me. He did not attend to us and I had to leave my seat once again. Joel, publicly raised his voice as he argued with my order printed on the receipt for extra mayonnaise and sauce. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the behaviour of management and service at the airport Nandos.

Head office can’t do anything to assist as they say they only supply the product, which is ridiculous as their name HYDRO RUBBER is the brand that the agents are using, therefore it becomes un-trustable. I will never Recommend this Company for waterproofing to anyone based on their BAD SERVICE.

The waiter was absolutely rude. It was so embarrassing for me the customer. He was asking us with such an attitude what else do we want because he wasn't in the mood to go fetch more things like a straw and a glass of water, tomato sauce etc. it was as if he is doing us a favor by serving us. Absolutely ridiculous attitude. I have eaten at tashas all over the country and I have never received service like this. It's so disrespectful to the tashas brand. I have two witnesses who were sitting at the table with me, and they too felt so embarrassed and disappointed by the waiters attitude. I complained to manager. And he wasn't even sorry for the pathetic service. He did not even apologize. I'm highly disappointed.
