I have been a loyal client for over 8 years, and during this time, I’ve never had a significant claim—until recently, when I submitted a claim of approximately R50,000. Unfortunately, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. The service I received was not only poor, but shockingly unprofessional. I encountered rude consultants, lack of communication, and no response to multiple emails. It became painfully clear that while premiums are collected without fail, the same level of urgency and care is not extended when a client is in need. After so many years with them, I expected a basic standard of service, respect, and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and carelessness. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and made me question the kind of business I’ve been supporting all these years. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken serious, not only for my case, but for the sake of future clients who may find themselves in a similar situation.
I've been with them for over 5 years, and the service has been good. I am able to negotiate my premiums, and their customer service is always helpful and understanding
Dr rashel is using fastway courier to deliver orders. They also don't know how to deal with them. Please try get my oder back or refund me at least. Fastway courier is slow way courier and their service is bad.
Been waiting for my delivery for exactly 14 days today. Phones are not answered queries are not responded to and they don't even answer emails. I have never experienced a courier company with such bad service. When tracking the order its says it out for delivery daily for the past 14 days.
The amount of people I see complaining about these holiday plans and timeshares just made me skeptical. I have just paid R5000 towards a deposit of R23000 and still have R18000 to pay to.buy 2 shareblocks. Do I want to continue after reading the reviews here. No thank you 😵💫
I went to this website registered and found a company called PB Projects (Pty) Ltd owned by a Paul Bothma. This company is a scam, this man frauds people of their hard earned money and i was a victim too after find him on your website. He requests deposit from clients and disappers. How many people will be his victims via your app? Please check this out and have him removed because his causing damage to innocent people he catches using your website.
I have paid this man from . He ran away with my money and every time he keeps promising to pay it back. This man is a scam who goes around telling people his a handyman and pretends to do everything, from gates, panel beating, property rentals and everything you can think of. Do not fall to his scam and lies, do not allow this man talk you into paying him for the services he had not done he is evil.
Bidvest unacceptable handling of 3rd party claim On 09 December 2017, someone drove into my car in Johannesburg and caused quite some damage to my car. She was driving a rental car from Bidvest. She ran from the scene but my daughter managed to take the registration numbers. I called my insurance to get the no claims letter as I would obviously want to claim from the party who caused the damage to not pay access myself. I submitted all documents needed (including 3 assessed quotes and affidavits from the police station). Today is the 12th of December 2018 my car is still not fixed and Bidvest is now claiming that they can not track down their renter and they do not have records of who rented the car at that time. I got the contact of at more than 7 different people who are in charge for my claim in the past 11 months including the supervisors and managers. I have email communications with: Nana Mlangeni (left the company in the meantime) Roxanne Broadfoot Sharon Tewitz Bianca van der Merwe Arista Murphy Annelise Van Staden Candice Schwartz Whalied Fortune For over 5 months after the emails and telephone communication I would be told that "The settlement file has been prepared and we await management approval." After involving Arista Murphy who happens to be the manager, I am then told that "they can not entertain my claim and that I should claim from my insurance" those were the words of Sharon Tewitz. All I want is for Bidvest to pay my claim because no insurance company will pay a claim after 11 months and as per their email communication and confirmation that the claim was verified I expect them to live up to their promises.
I applied for a phone in May 2015 and when I went back to check on the status of my application they told me that they lost my documents. I applied again in October 2015, when I did not get a call nor a text about my application. I went to check again and this time I was told the person who took my documents is sick and they don't know what she did with them apparently they were again not captured in their systems. Every time I called no one was ever willing to help. I asked what wrong what it is that he is seeing on the system. He said nothing I took the pack and I looked inside there I am seeing now orange stickers R450 and R350. I asked him what's up with the prices he blatantly lied and said wrong stickers they should not have been there. I said to him were you not going to tell me that the shoes are on special now? He rudely said I am refunding you your money and I must keep quiet. I told him that Its not about the refund but the principles. Each time I called the employee blamed the previous call centre employee or the IT department and assured me that I could expect my postal statement in the following few weeks. I have just received an MMS statement today - months later. When I called AGAIN the employee informed me that there was a confusing note left by the previous employee which even she did not understand. Apparently I can expect my statement in the next 3 weeks. By now I don't believe anything the call centre tells me. I just cannot understand how something SO simple doesn't get done and I question all of Edgars other business practices.
