The worst service I have received. Paid but still no technicians have come to install as per the time scheduled. No communication just promises to be called back and still have not been called back. No response to email this is just the worst!!
worst service ever!! technicians were supposed to come install but never pitched nor phoned nor communicated anything. I must keep following up and I am being sent from pillar to post!!!!! No support whatsoever!!!!
I submitted my application for withdrawal of funds. they advised on a turn around of 26 working days. I have not had feedback from them instead I need to contact them to find out whats happening and progress etc. when I call you keep telling me someone will contact me but nothing.
They fix to break staff. Took in my laptop for screen and hinges to be repaired. they said they would replace with new ones. its been 6 months and my laptop is in a worse off state as before i had taken it to be repaired. Took it back and I was told I broke it....

If there was a minus i would orate MTN at -100 nje because their service is soooo bad. Been waiting for settlement letter for over a month now. there is no contact number for your legal department just a run around from your call center
The worst customer service. they will send you incorrect balances and blank statements. you will still get calls from your creditors its a scam they are untrustworthy. You will end up paying your debts by yourself. They take a looooong time to respond to emails so no never use them they are a scam
<p>I bought a Ford Figo in March from Avis and they never disclosed that it had been in an accident before. I called the sales agent Vusi and he emailed back after i told him what i had picked up and he said it was just a mini dent. Took the car for more examination only to find out it had been it in a major accident and that it had been painted with different shades of white. I took the car back in April and i was told i would get a replacement car. </p> <p>I was given the replacement car in May but yuuuu not even two weeks ive had the car it started making sounds. i enailed the sales consultant Vusi and he told me that i should bjust take it to any Ford. And i explained to him that the car has been parked and Its an inconvenience as i use the car to travel to work.</p> <p>On Monday i took the car to Ford and i was advised that the car had not been taken for its second service and hence the breakdown of the vehicle. now im stuck without a car for two weeks as Avis has to pay Ford for the damages but no payment has been made. I have to keep callling them for an update but they keep telling me stories. bad service form Avis.... ngiyabonga</p>
My account was handed over to attorneys RL Dally. I finished paying and over payed the account. I went to maponya to find out what steps to take from there as i also had my bank statement as proof. but I was turned away that i cannot be assisted. Emailed queries and finance, they keep saying my email has been forwarded to the relevant department. all i want is a refund and my name to be cleared. I cant apply for jobs etc because of the hold. Please can someone assist. I payed you as requested but you cant even offer to help me! when you wanted your money you followed me so much couldnt even breathe from your messages and calls, but you cant even assist now that I've paid.
