I moved from Tzaneen to Pretoria and my MTN data MyChoice 50GB contract was not sufficient and I requested to upgrade to the Home Internet Pro option. The current contract unfortunately only expires in 2026. I contacted MTN on 6 January 2025 to cancel and pay the outstanding balance so that I can apply for the new contract. I have up to this date sent fourteen emails to the Customer Service and Retentions Department, twice contacting their MTN Chat line and visiting their offices four times - they do respond to the email, but obviously not reading the request. Up until today 7 February 2025 they still cannot tell me where I must pay the outstanding R2695.13.
Excellent service from Jungle Aquatics - and this is not the first time. I can with confidence recommend them.
The spray job was ok - but the front panels was all glued on, the clips were broken so they jus used glue to put it all together. I feel cheated cause before the repair I offered to but the clips if needed - they assured me everything was fixed.
I have a contract with MTN (A3715588) - my phone was stolen and I went to the MTN shop for a sim swap on 7 September. I have been waiting to get my SIM swap activated since the 7th. I have been back to the store and the process was redone, to no avail. I phoned the help desk three times and I logged e-mail request with customer care ref: [#820410] and [#825710] - no one got back to me yet. Please can someone just assist me
I am an security system installer and do business with different suppliers and products. Looking at all the companies that I work with Spectrum Communications is the worst - Over the long weekend I was busy with an installation and I needed software from the Paradox site. After many attempts to download needed software to configure the panel I mailed the main company "Paradox" asking for assistance. On 4 March 2018 I received a very polite mail informing me that Spectrum Communications is the sole supplier of Paradox systems and that I cannot bypass them. I immediately apologized and explained that I had no intention of bypassing them as I buy from a supplier "Dafron" in Pretoria and that I only needed access to the site in order to download the latest software. Liezel Broodryk from Spectrum Communications again answered spilling a lot of mumbo jumbo and not addressing my issue!!! - she honestly wants me to ask my supplier to download the needed software on my behalf. After again explaining to them that I only require access to the software she sends me a link to use for the downloads, this link doesn't work and I mail her back informing her of the problem, instead of assisting me she now say that I should go through my supplier or ask another installer. These people do not deserve to supply a product like Paradox of for that any other products. After all of this I am back at square one, I still do not have access to the Paradox site as an installer so I had to download the needed software from a site on the internet. I need to warn all supplier about this company, that by the way did have support problems in the past. Rather use one of the other big names available.
On 1 December at 10:01 Vodacom sent a SMS to confirm that they received a request to port a cell number. After waiting 48 hours I started contacting the different call centres but up till now the 5th of December nothing has been done yet. Please can someone assist.
Signed a new contract with Telkom and applied to port old number from Vodacom, this was done in the Telkom office on 1 December. The conformation pin as well as a SMS to port the number from Vodacom was received on the same day at 9:50. I was told it could take up to 48 hours, it is now 5 December, and after numerous calls to both supplier call centres nothing has been done yet. Telkom call centre says the number has not been released and Vodacom tells me that Telkom must activate the number. I cannot complain about the attitude of the people I just need someone to take responsibility and not ask me to wait until the next morning.
