Had the displeasure of buying Kashmir chilli powder it looked very nice, but when cooking the chicken turned pink in the pot. This curry powder had nothing but colouring. Spyce emporium why you disceiving customers. Shame on you. Your Kashmiri chilli powder is ****. Shame on you

Return Request ID: 05684522 After almost four months, I get a reply from you, saying my claim is rejected because I visited the store, where the hell did you get that, I have never visited your store since I purchased the two useless products from you online... Where did you come up with that, what are people smoking in there. So is that the reason you won't refund... And no mention of the item being returned to me... You collected it via courier. Now you say I went to the store. Why don't you admit you won't refund and you just ****med me. It's not about the refund now, I'm definitely writing to the Ombudsman Nothing but a bunch of ****mers
Hello Makro. Almost four months and you still won't refund my money. I'm getting tired of this. Why don't you want to admit you just taking me for a ride with no intentions of paying back after I returned the items. Please don't say we apologise or thank you for your understanding and patience. I lost all patience with you and I don't understand. And I certainly don't accept your apologies. Just admit I lost out of this money
I ordered online two items, a hairdryer and a cake rotator, the hairdryer cool setting did not work and the cake rotator did not spin. After several attempts to contact them they eventually collected and after several weeks they refunded me R129 for the hairdryer, although I paid R179. I sent receipts to prove this but they insist I paid R129. It's almost two months and dispute numerous attempts to contact them with regards to the cake spinner and the short paid amount for the hairdryer they are not replying to my email. I even said I will take it up with the Ombudsman but still.
Absolutely disgusted by the pathetic service.. Logged a return as the cake spinner ordered did not spin as effectively as needed. second item the hair dryer cold setting would not switch. Both items are unused. Waited for collection on the date indicated on website, 4 days later I called and spoke to Abelia, promised collection the next day and advised will email the confirmation, am still waiting... Called in and spoke to a guy who kept apologising and saying only thing they can do is call when they coming to collect.. I asked to speak to a manager this guy says he will see if manager is available Macro your customer service is pathetic and absolutely disgusting. Makro your customer services is pathetic...
Ordered KFC with Mr D. The chicken was brown on the outside and raw with blood Oozing on the inside. It had a nasty raw flesh smell. I took it up with Mr D and the only thing they can do is apologise and give a R50 voucher which is pathetic as I spent over R250, and had to throw this smelly chicken away. Am totally disgusted with this kind of service. KFC Woodmead how do you expect people to eat raw chicken
Unable to use banking app, get a pop up saying verify your Identity. I did twice and called in, spoke to a digital consultant who said all is working, tried again, and spoke to another consultant who went through the process again, and I'm still not able to. Go to Mall of Africa and was told by Fikile I can't use my passport. And if she uses my passport I need to produce a work permit and a copy of my work contract!!!!!! Really, I'm south african, what work permit do I need. I called in today spoke to londeka who promised to call before 12, and I'm still waiting. I called in again and spoke to Riphumelo, and asked to speak to manager, 8 minutes later I'm told the manager is busy.... I'm still unable to use my banking 6 days later... Nedbank after years of my salary going into my account, you need verification, is my voice authentication, finger print, facial recognition and passport not good enough!!!! Your service is pathetic. How can you treat me like this, especially that Fikile at the mall of Africa bank. How am I supposed to pay my bills. Am totally disgusted
Hello I had the displeasure of traveling with FlySaAir on 11 December .. Firstly the flight was much delayed. My luggage was then lost. Nobody was able to help. The guy at the airport, a short old man who has an attitude and who walked away from me in the middle of a conversation. The woman who checked in my bags assured me my payment for the bags was made. She was the most stubborn person who seemed disinterested and never once smiled. I then get to the people before boarding who tells me I still owe payment, and made to stand one side for a long time like a ********. I tried chatting on WhatsApp and got a message I'm connected to Zandile Mjuleni but had to wait like 15 minutes before she responded and was totally unhelpful. I sent two emails to FlySaAir, and am yet to receive a reply. Absolutely and totally disappointed. Is this how you treat your customers. I will never fly with you again
When i came to pay at the till after getting a few items at the Chatsworth branch, the cashier, Thiloshni told me the price marked on the label of a pair of jeans wasnt R169.99 But R179.99. Upon asking why is the price different at the till, she said "the goods come like that" and that she "cannot change the price" Really now Mr Price. are you misleading your customers with one price on the label and another when scanning to pay.. How shameful
Yesterday morning (04/02/2020) at about 7.30am i went to the Pick n Pay at Workshop to buy an Amerex Bag because i needed to send a parcel. After purchasing at the Moneymarket i realised i didnt have a pen to write the address on my Amerex Bag, i asked the cashier if she could lend me her pen, she said shes using it. this wasnt the case as she was cashing. i asked her again, if she could lend me as i just needed to fill out the address, she very rudely and arrogantly told me "im busy, just go!" she then clicks her tongue. Pick n Pay, is this how you train your cashiers? All i needed was to borrow the pen for a few minutes. whats with this woman?
