Daylight *******
I am still waiting for my refund to be paid back. Got a call, an email but when I call back the very number it does not go through. To say I am disappointed it would be an understatement like how many more days should have to wait for a Refund. I have been waiting since 3rd January it’s almost 3rd March, really.

Highly disappointed in TicketPro
I paid for a SA20 cricket match which was cancelled of which I was promised & assures a refund. I sent all the documents & emails in order to have this done, even waited the 7-14 days for this refund yet to no avail. I have been emailing this company but no response but absolute silence. My patience has run out

One company not to buy from
I bought a wig online and upon receiving it did not look anything like what I ordered. I then contacted their WhatsApp Support Number & emailed their support but neither was interested in assisting me. So if you got money that you are ready to flush down the toilet don’t buy from them. As it seems that you buy and that’s it as there is no return neither is there a guarantee that you will get exactly what you ordered.

Your money is not safe
I logged a review about a *****ulent transaction on my Bank account and Capitec’s complaints department called me only to educate me on their process and not interested to assist me in any way or shape. I got countless calls to tell me just how ******** and careless I was and that it non of their business that I was deceived and that my misfortune is non of their business. Guys be careful when making online payments or purchases for should you be entangled into more than just what you intended Capitec is not in the business of assisting or protecting neither you or your money.

21st July I went to go replace my card in order to stop eDreams which is a company that excels at daylight ******* going into peoples account to do Debit orders they never signed up for. The worst part is that today my new card was debited for R195 which Capitec can not reverse & I don’t know who authorised it as I did not go on this website to enter my new card details or my new CVV number. When I called ***** department I was told there is nothing the bank can do as that company is able to go into your account and debit any time they wish to and that even a new bank card won’t stop them as is evident in my case. I honestly don’t feel safe and neither is my money

Don’t use this site in order to book or buy anything online, unless you want to get money deducted on your Bank account for many months after your purchase. This company is a ***** a day light ***** that goes into your Acc and takes and takes

Was made to pay full amount for a Roadworthy certificate that is still Valid for the same car as the 60 days has not yet expired at the time of payment

I bought a car rated Platinum cash, paid admin fee of R2600 only for me not to get the Change of Ownership, was sent to Dekra to do Roadworthy that I already had received via email, I thought it was just procedure since that certificate is still within 60 days of validity but ended up paying another R700 + just to get very same certificate with just a changed Date & Fuel type. Yet after all of this I still have to go to License department to do the new plates and pay even more simply because I guess I have all this money. Perhaps this works for those who buy on credit but when buying with cash stay away

I bought a Polaroid Elite Smart watch online, upon receiving the watch the QR code which one must scan in order to download the app to use the watch was not working. I then sent an email to support and was told I must download DAFIT app, did that but still the app for this watch is working. I took it to the shop in Westgate but no assistance at all, instead I was told I must download the same DAFIT app that is not working or downloadable to my phone and as such I am stuck with a watch that I can not use and my money is all gone. Sadly I don’t have anything to show for it. So if you don’t want to lose your money for nothing don’t even try
