Best service I've ever had. Drink and food came quickly although they were very busy. Prices are good and food is amazing!
I have emailed ABSA Activate, sent general enquiries on the app and tried phoning them(you hold on forever and its not a toll free number) and they never answer. I have sold my vehicle 3 weeks ago and need to cancel my insurance. Why is this impossible to do??
I requested fibre to the home in february and waited 11 weeks for the installation to be done. Then i moved three weeks later. I sent vodacom a relocation form and have been waiting almost 6 weeks for them to do the installation. I have phoned them mutiple times and nothing evet gets done. I went as far as to contact britelink myself for the installation. They told me someone woupd come out to me on tuesday and it is 4 days later and i am still waiting. I am stilled billed every month for a service i cannot use. I would like someone to just send me a cancellation form as their is no service from this service provider.
Have been waiting 9 weeks for Vumatel to do my 'fibre to the home' installation from Vodacom after they said 4 - 8 weeks. Each time i follow up with vodacom i get told that vumatel will contact me within 48 hours which never happens. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very disgusted as I have to work from home and cant, due to no internet connection.
The most pathetic service I have ever received at a Mc Donald's. Drive thru in Vereeniging, will definitely never see me again!
Worst exoerience I have ever received. Phoned in to place an order for delivery at 19.30..phone again at 21:10 to find out how far the delivery is, to find out that the order was never placed on their side. Thank you for the excellent service and my daughter going to bed hungry.
I wrote a report on hello Peter about mtn on the 14th of December 2015....I got a response that the matter had been escalated and am still awaiting a response. I have been trying to sort this problem out since August. How much longer do I need to wait?
I got a new contract phone that was stolen. The phone was valued at R10800 at the time. I pay for R15 000 insurance. Mtn insurance did not cover the full amount due to the phones value dropping although I am paying for R15000 cover. Excluding the excess I had to pay, I had to pay in R1600 because the insurance authorised too little. They responded on email that I should go to mtn at brooklyn pretoria and they will assist me. Mtn brooklyn said that mtn insurance did not log the problem on the system and therefore cannot assist me. I forwarded all my emails once again to mtn insurance, where the consultant replied that they were replacing my phone and not refunding me which tells me that she did not even read the emails. I have asked many times to speak to a manager and have never got a response since October. I have been dealing with this issue since August this year.
