I would recommend my dead dog Jaco over the Discovery Medical Aid, because at least it was loyal. They only care about the bottom line not the lives of people. So what you are saying is basically a death sentence, 1.I have been actively bleeding or hemorrhaging for the past 3 days. 2.No one knows the source of my bleeding, unless I do CT scans there is no way of providing proper care. 3. My BP is 172/113 4. My fever is above 39c 5. I already passed out 4 times. I told your consultants, Dr Omar is not my doctor, I saw him once on the 5 th for routine health check up, NOT because I was sick. Dr Khoza and Mathebula are my doctors for the past 20 years. I have never been to see other doctors for any ailments. Please note that Radiology will not do any scan without authorization or cash payment upfront, so you have denied me care.

I have had the worst expin my life with Discovery Medical Aid, I am currently admitted in hospital at Netcare, I am hemorrhaging as we speak(Active bleeding), Discovery have sent a personal health assessment form to my old Dr (Dr Khosa and Mathebula) they have been my family doctors for over 18 years, the last time I was there was 2020 because of flue. So my Medical Aid has sent them a form hoping I didn't disclose any information while joining and to their disappointment there is none. Now they are looking for any reason not to pay . I am admitted because of infection(pneumonia) and this is something you can't disclose prior to joining. I would advise anyone looking for a Medical aid to look elsewhere. I have been calling them to no avail, my blood pressure is 168/112, by the time they finish whatever they are looking for, I doubt if I would still be alive . I am told they take 3 to u days before they will authorise, where will I be by that time.
I have an account with Vodapay, and i must say that this has been one of the terrible experiences dealing with Vodacom. 1.My account was blocked by Vodapay for no reason whatsoever, and i think it would have been better to be notified via sms that there is an issue with my account, not to find out when i am making a withdrawal. 2. I lodged a complaint with VodaPay and there is Zero communication as to how far the case is and i have to contact VodaPay on daily basis to get a feedback that does not exist , which is we don't know back office is dealing with your case. 3. Can it take Vodacom 5 days just to give a reason why the account is blocked? 4. Can Vodacom fail so bad that it does not have proper CRM systems in place which puts clients as ease regarding the status of their case? 5. Why do we have to call in to be told our case is assigned, can't the person assigned to the case send a mere SMS or email to notify me they are handling my case? Remember we put money in the VodaApp because we thought Vodacom is a big company and it can be trusted. I will suggest that they stick with Telecommunication and leave this VodaPay related services alone, or at least have systems in place and then render the service. For anyone thinking of opening an account with VodaPay, STOP, unless you are ready for endless headaches and heartaches. Just stick with the banks.
This company has the worst service, if one could give a less than a 1 star i could have given them, we have 2 machines which are supposed to be fixed and they are a no show and they never communicate with you until you initiate communication, if you call them it seems like no one is responsible. Their service is absolutely terrible.
I am an OKI fan , having bought an MB770 mono printers previously, and i thought it wont be different this time around, oh boy was i wrong, I bought FOUR ES9476 OKI Printers at R194 246.40 each, and the machines want a password, we have put in the default 123456 password and it doesn't work, the machine Doesn't recognise LAN cable and further more when you try to print or scan it says warming up. I tried to call OKI for help and was told there is no one to help me. But now we have white elephants in our office. I have even bought an inkjet machine so that we can print. It was our worst investment by far, almost 800K . I have lost faith in this company
I would like to express my disappointment & frustration with the bank i called called home for over 15yrs.I have started with FNB from a student account to Private Wealth account. I have asked for a further loan from by existing house which i have built cash, Evaluators(From FNB) came & valued it at R3 066 305.00, i have only asked for R1 500 000.00. I have been refused on the basis bank scoring. FNB has refused to grand me funds but yet this year alone gave me unsecured loans of over R140 000 which i have started to paid off part of it & to add salt to my wounds i always receive pre-approved unsecured loans, from the same bank. I then came to a conclusion that my bank FNB rather give me unsecured debs because they will be making a lot of money on the interests than on a secured loan because it is just not much. with the offers they pre-approve, my monthly installments will be more than what i will pay if they gave me on a secured loan. If this does not prove your disingenuous way of conducting business then i don't know what would. (FNB rather give me a loan of R300 000 unsecured knowing i ll pay them 12K a month than give me a million(On a secured property) knowing you will pay around 8K. All i have asked is a further loan to payoff all my debts and remain with only one home loan. I am looking at my other options which include closing my account with FNB. This is by far my worst experience with FNB which has resulted in me not trusting you and highly disappointed with you. I always hear of how disingenuous banks are but i never thought that it includes my bank. This is one bank which DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN.
I had an account with Egdars which i paid up last year around July, and i have received a paid up letter from Edgars. Now to my shock Edgars have not updated my details on account at Compuscan Credit Bureau, i have been getting credit decline from the bank for 6 months because of them , prejudicing my ability to obtain shelter. I used to love FNB so much that i have considered it my permanent home, this is a bank that i have been with since i was a student with a student account until i became a private client. But lately they have been giving the worst service that makes me embarrassed just to be associated with them. I opened a personal loan because i had an emergency, the money was loaded and i paid or settle the account in 10 days. 1.FNB continued to debit my account for a premium even though the account is settled. 2.I called them and they promised me that the money will be credited within 10 working days, that has not happened and there is no communication. 3.I have asked them to remove it from my FNB Banking profile, that has not happened even though i was promised. 4. Today they have loaded the loan account on my Transunion as owing, and my credit rating went down. The worst part is i am currently in the process of looking for a house and my credit score just reduced by 10 points because of them. I have called many times, i used their useless chat on the app and i have always been referred to the personal home department which have promised the same thing over and over again. AND NOW I AM JUST TIRED
I have had the worst experience with my way. First they asked me for an estimate to fix my printer and i did that on the 11th May 2018 and later the lady by the name of Lerato Motsamai told me that it is not worth Miway to fix the component since the machine cost R35 000.00 and the pard is R20 000.00 I then submitted a new a estimate for the new machine on the 14th May 2018 and from there on it was complete silent from Miway, i have been calling and and leaving emails for Lerato and nothing is happening, i have spoken to the Supervisor on the 17th May 2018 and he said that he will call me and that never happened . And now i have a company called GreenWorld that wants to pick up our Printer for salvaging and Miway authorised a claim for the component, i kept on asking that if they take the machine where is the part going to be fitted, further more i have insured the Printer for the total value. I have a personal insurance with Miway nothing like this ever happened , the Business insurance side really sucks, i have never seen such incompitent people. The experience i went through deserve a less than negative review if such exist. Can someone help me with the Insurance Ombud please.
