Property managers in general aren't the most reliable bunch of people but these guys take the cake! Every complaint (nothing more that a correspondence) they send to the residence has an admin fee of R150 attached to it. Regardless if is a warning complaint or a actual fine that's being imposed. This opens the floodgates for residence to lodge complaints against each other for no specific or valid reason. A "Tit for a Tat" and being forced to pay an admin fee even when there is no fine that needs to be paid.
Horrible!!!! Very quick to get your details and to process your claims but when it comes to do the actual work it's a nightmare. So I got a chip in my windscreen and approached myglass to have it fixed. Since my work force my to be pretty much on the road all the time I requested that it gets repaired either on a Saturday or in the afternoon round about half past five. This was a problem since it doesn't seem they work on Saturdays or normal working hours for that matter. I was told that a technician will phone me back...... he never did, claim has been processed with my insurance but still no service. Decided this morning (a week later) to call them and ask them what's happening. I then was told that a technician can be at my place at 4 pm so I took of work got home early and now it's currently 17:30 BUT STILL NO ONE TO FIX MY WINDSCREEN. Phoned the representative and he SMS me a number of the technician extremely unprofessional! I will not recommend these idiots to my worst enemy. Just take your car to PG Glass and get it over and done with it's way better.
This morning i went to the mtn Rietfontein branch to apply for a tablet contract and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. The consultant assisting me was Jessica she was polite insightful and friendly. About half an hour later I received a call that my contract was approved and I can come collect. In a country where service delivery is shocking I have to give credit where it's due.Well done!!!
