The service i received was excellent. He was professional and listened to my complaint.
Firstly I waiting very long for my order and to have a few items missing when I checked my resent order there are items I did not order nor did I receive it..but some of the items I ordered are missing...and why does the cool drink not have a best before date?
The most horrific experience ever, not only did they fail to fix my car the first time, but they also lie through their teeth each and every one who worked on my car including the Service Manager will not see heaven. Thank you for the horrible experience you have given me reason to change the brand.
We had a Burglary on Saturday morning, and namola was kept following until the cops arrived. Thank you for your outstanding assistance.
Today , 8 /8/2019 , my alarm was triggered at 9: 47. i received a call at work from ADT at 9:49, 2 minutes later. They informed me that my alarm was triggered. i asked them inspect. At 10:41 i was informed that they had just arrived at my house! almost an hour later!!. on my inquiry on the reason for the delay i was told that the area vehicle was busy!! they had to call the backup vehicle... ADT you must not play with my life , what would have happen if it was a real life emergency? The is the worst service i have ever received yet i am your client since 2009. I need to know what the delay was and why the backup vehicle arrived almost an hour later.?
I applied For a additional contract last week. Friday I followed up and discovered that Someone fraudulently tried to obtain an additional contract in my name in 2014 at no point was I informed. My additional application has been declined because of that fraudulent application. And no one contacted me. Iam not the criminal iam the contract owner and will not go to a walk in centre ..Unfortunately I have to take business somewhere else and you have no interest in assisting me with the additional contract.
How many times must I complain..i am still waiting for my refund . How long will it take??
I never received a device. which means that we dont have a contract in place and Why am i being billed when there is no contract and when am i receiving the monies you Debit from my account?????<br> <br> You keep calling me and does nothing how long will it take to refund my monies and stop emailling me invoices!!!
Why did the pro active patrol stop...its a month that I don't see any proactive patrol slip... and why did I only receive slips from one person (Moyile). Should it not be one slip per shift. Which then means you only patrolled one shift .. if he is on leave or redeployed to another area the patrol stops? Why are the are guards not patrolling if they do, then why am i not receiving my patrol slips? Please remind me for what am I paying???
November 2015, I applied for a contract Vodacom Power tab + keyboard. Contract amount was R99. but R109 was deducted from my account . To date i still do not have the device. On 17 December 2015 and 18 December 2015, i called the call centre and Ashley was not available. I was promised that he would return my calls. Todate No call from him.. Please just cancel that contract as i did not receive any device and please refund the monies you deducted and stop all future deductions. If this is service you render sorry i am no longer interest. Thank you
